Chapter 17

Tobi's POV

The next day I woke up around 3 in the morning to (Y/n) squirming around and coughing so much. I turned on the light and studied her for a bit, I noticed she was sweating, turning back and forth and coughing a lot. I was worried she might be sick. I didn't know what to do, so I tried waking her up.

"(Y/n)? Wake up.." I said, shaking her slightly.

"Mm..."

Was all she said as she tried to push me away, she was weak. I still tried my best to wake her up and when she finally did she looked awful.

"Tobi... *cough* please help me.." (Y/n) said as she held onto my shirt really tight.

Her eyes were getting heavy as she tried to keep them opened.

"You're sweating." I said as I wiped off the sweat from her forehead.

(Y/n) didn't say anything, she just tried to nod a bit.

"I don't know what to do, we'll have to go to Sasori so he can give you something." I said, picking her up and heading towards Sasori and Deidara's room.

*Knock, knock*

"Hm, Tobi? What are you doing here, hm? What's wrong with (Y/n)?!" Deidara asked, panicking.

"Tobi thinks (Y/n)'s sick! She doesn't look to good, maybe Sasori could help?" I asked.

Deidara nodded and went to go wake up Sasori. Of course Sasori wasn't to happy about that. Deidara explained to Sasori what was going on and Sasori motioned me to lay her down on his bed. He studied (Y/n) closer.

"She's obviously sick. I can make her some medicine, but you have to make sure she takes it." Sasori said.

I nodded and Sasori leaned down to say something to (Y/n).

"Hey brat.. I don't know how you got sick, but this will make you feel better." He said as he patted her head.

"Mm.. no....." (Y/n) murmured and slowly reached over to me.

"D-"

I already knew what she was going to say.

"I won't." I whispered to her.

She gave me a small smile and I carried her back to our room. She fell asleep on the way there and it looks like whatever she had was calming down. She slept almost through the whole day and I didn't bother leaving her. I had people coming in and checking on her.

"How is she?" Itachi asked, ,coming in and checking on her.

"Tobi thinks she's feeling better!" I said with joy.

Itachi didn't say anything, he looked at her and walked out. I thought it was a bit strange, but I didn't think to much of it.

"Tobi?" I heard (Y/n) call out to me.

"Hm?" I turned around and saw her sitting on the bed. "Hey, don't get up, careful. What's wrong?"
