Love is a Battle Part 3
"Ok, Oppa. Give me 5-minutes. I'll be down in five minutes." Taeyeon spoke into her phone as she kept rushing here and there, packing her stuff into her handbag, ensuring that everything is ready for her trip to Thailand. She took longer than usual because for each trip, Tiffany was there to help her. But this time, it's different. She couldn't ask for her help.
Tiffany sat at the couch as she kept stealing glances at the busy latter walking in and out of the room, ensuring that she got everything ready. She wanted to help but she knew Taeyeon wouldn't agree. Your passport, Taetae. She hoped Taeyeon had remembered it. She saw Taeyeon rushing out of the room again and quickly looked away. Your phone charger. Your iPad. She kept listing the list of things she hoped Taeyeon had remembered to bring in her head. You'll get bored in the plane, remember to take your iPad. She turned around to search for the latter to remind her but stopped herself when she saw Taeyeon walking out of the room with her iPad in hand. Earpiece... She was about to remind Taeyeon when she remembered about it but stopped herself again when Taeyeon abruptly turned to walk back to her room again. She smiled when she saw Taeyeon cutely trying to entangle the earpiece as she walked out of her room.
Taeyeon grunted in frustration when the earpiece refuse to cooperate with her. Frustrated, she chuck it into her bag and shouldered her bag, ready to walk towards the door, where her luggage is waiting. She checked everything in her bag one more time and took a step when she noticed someone looking at her from the corner of her eyes. She looked towards the direction.
Tiffany saw Taeyeon looking at her and quickly looked away, pretending to be busy with her phone.
"I'm leaving." Taeyeon said, she was kinda dissapointed that Tiffany looked away but she knew she have to live with it.
Tiffany heard the voice and looked at her. "Ok..." She said sadly before an awkward silence followed. They have been back to talking terms but only talking when necessary. Tiffany hates it but it was better than not talking at all. She knew Taeyeon could not forgive her fully but at least Taeyeon is able to at least talk to her. Tiffany wanted to say 'have fun', but she didn't want Taeyeon to have fun. She knew she would sound insincere. She wanted to say 'take care' but she knew she would be crossing that line and make Taeyeon uncomfortable. After all, Taeyeon only wanted to be friends. In the end, she just smiled.
Taeyeon saw the smiled and she gulped. She had miss that smile. Even though it was not her usual favorite eye smile but to see Tiffany smiling like that to her, was enough to make her heart flutter again. She smiles back rather sadly. "Bye." She quickly get out before her heart have some thoughts of its own.
"Bye." Tiffany replied back. She slumped back in her seat when she heard the door closing. So we've become like this huh?

Taeyeon checked her passport and boarding pass again, ensuring she did drop anything before placing it on her lap, her hands covering it. She had barely wanted to close her eyes when she heard a man's voice. She widened her eyes in shock when she sees who is it.
"What are you doing here?" She asked.
"Hi." He greeted. "Can I sit here?"
