G POV

After I had gotten Frisk to calm down and get her breathing under control, she had a good look around at the area within but seemed afraid to stand and look. So she sat where she was.

We were in a sort of meadow. It's magic though. Well it wants to be since I made it. You plant the DNA of a person here and a tree will grow in their honour. Even had a little lake in the corner.

"Dove," I called and she looked up at me away from the small bluebells and daisies scattered around her. "I want you to do something for me." She nodded and shakily stood, walking over to me.

'What do you need me to do?' I place the chunk of hair in her hand. She shivers seeing the hairs.

"Bury it." She looked up at me curiously. "I know it's an odd request. But believe me. Only good things can come from it." She looked at the hair and did as she was told, digging a small hole and burying the hair within the earth.

I walk over to the lake, grabbing an orb full of water with my magic. The small orb flew around Frisk, making her giggle.

Once I had finished messing with Frisk, I gently placed the water on top of the small mount of dirt making the ground shake.

I wrap my arms around Frisk's back and pull her away from the mount as a sapling sprug out from the dirt.

Frisk stayed still. She appeared frozen as this giant truck started sprouting from the earth. The branches drooped and leaves began bursting with life and colour.

It was a willow tree.

Frisk gently pulled herself from my arms and walked towards the tree, placing a hand on it.

"It was made in Kiri's memory." I explained, placing a hand on Frisk's shoulder. "You can take as long as you need to recover from her here. The tree won't die until Kiri's memory dies." I knew that was impossible. Frisk thought of her constantly. I wish she thought of herself though....Maybe even of me.

She didn't look at me. She rested her forehead on the tree, seemingly content. I never expected her to turn around and tightly wrap her arms around me. It was...Sudden to say the least.

"Thank you." She said, filled with tears. I blushed a little but decided to take advantage of our situation.

"Really lost your edge, haven't you, Angel?" She looked up at me seemingly confused.

"W-What?" She asked, staring at me with those glossy eyes. Oddly I found them captivating.

"Well, I remember a Frisk that would never turn down a fight." Frisk looked down at our interwinded bodies and nuzzled closer in.

"It's hard to fight when you've lost what you were fighting for." I freeze lightly as she gently sobbed. Immediately I felt nervous about comforting her again. What could I possibly do now?

Maybe...

"Y'know, Frisk..." She looked up at me, her chin resting on my chest. "I heard you don't...Care-ot all about jokes." She stared at me for a while. I mentally began panicking.

Did it work? Is she better?

Then she burst out laughing, filling my mind and soul with relief. I felt so at ease that she had began being happy again.

I closed one eye lazily with a smirk on my mouth. I just had to keep 'em comin'!

"Well, that's a bit prob-lama! I thinks jokes are pun-tastic!" She seemed to be crying and laughing at the same.

She seemed so unbaringly happy. I was happy I could make her smile. More than I could bare. As soon as it started, it ended. She seemed at least calmer however.

"Thank you for caring. It means the world that someone does." Her lips were curved into a perfect smile, her baby blue eyes were slightly closed and her head was tilted in the cutest of manner.

I admit as I stared at her, our world went silent around us. Nothing moved, even in the light breeze made by the meadow, nothing budged. Not even the leaves on Kiri's tree.

"You know, G..." She whispered, leaning against the tree, staring at me. The tree reflected her hair so much. It would dance as if Frisk's presence pleased it. "I never said I hated jokes. I love them...A skele-ton." It was her turn to wink, making me glow yellow. I turn away, scratching the back of my skull. Nervously.

...Could I possibly...Try and flirt with her...? I can't help those eyes...My feelings are too strong now. Come on, G! You got this.

I approach her, slowly. She kept her eyes on me, never trailing them away from my own. She acted like she was fearful to lose them.

I turn my back to her, heave in and out before facing her again. This time she tilted her head at me, eyes half lidded and lips majestically parted.

"You ok, there?" I again heaved before placing a bony hand beside her brown locks. "G-G?" I smirked, although my face could cast away the shadow of the tree.

"Y'know, Frisk..." I gently used my other hand to lift her head to force her eyes into mine. "I think you're real cute~" I felt so proud of myself. I never stuttered and my face remained confident.

Frisk remained motionless but I could see her flustered face as she stared up at me, her eyes widened.

Way to go, G! You got her all flustered! Keep at it!

My confident stature, however, immediately melted away when she wrapped her arms around my neck, a smirk and a light chuckle coating her lips.

"Hm...How sudden." She muttered. "I would've thought you'd at least give me..." She leaned closer. "A little..." Closer. "Kiss." Her lips were so close to mine.

Damn it, Frisk. You blew my cool away. Okay G. You still got this! You can still go through with this!

...

NO I CAN'T! MISSION ABORT! MISSION ABORT!

...

...I've gotten this far...Damn it! I need to carry on or else I'll never go through with it.

"Well...I can gladly oblige...If you're willing..." I silently asked for permission as I felt her soft breaths.

"I am most definitely willing." With that I slowly closed the gap between us, resulting in a soft kiss.
