The lead up

Penelope's POV
So it's been about 3 hours since we got the message from Alaric and I was kind of expecting some big event or flashy thing but not we're sitting out the front of the school Josie's leaning on me which I didn't mind cause I got cuddle my beautiful girlfriend which I'm aloud to call her now yay, she's so cute, her head is tucked under my neck and resting on shoulder and her hand slowly moving up and down my back, I had my wrapped around her left thigh and gently and slowly moving my thumb back forth,

MG is out trying to find he's little pack of Landon, Kaleb and raf, so we didn't really have much to do til they got back and Alaric was messing around with he's notes while waiting

Hope and Lizzy are sitting very close on the few steps in front of Josie and I

"They would make a cute couple don't you think" I whispered into Josie's ear

Josie's smirks then moves her head up and down in my neck

"Yeah maybe, how long do you think they would last" Josie's let out along with a small giggle

"Mmm I give 4 months then the heat and passionate will slowly extinguish" I said with a little laugh

Josie's stops her hand and clenches onto my hip locking me to her side, Josie locks eyes with me with her big brown dough eyes

"I never want our heat and passion to disappear" she said looking deeply into my eyes and full of love

"Honey that won't happen" I said while cocking my eyebrow and smirking towards her

Josie lets put a small grin then leans forward and places a soft and lingering kiss on my lips, she pulls away and smiles at me I gaggle my hand in her hair pulling her back into the kiss as it was my turn to leave Josie waiting more, pressing my lips against hers intensely and passionately slowly moving my lips, locking hers, I pull away and smile at her she's in shock and stunned however smiling. Josie leans forward and presses a small soft kiss on my lips then brakes off, my eyes are still shut head tilted wanting more, I could tell she was looking at me but I needed time to adjust that this is what I've always wanted and I finally have it and happy

Just as we pressed our foreheads together MG appears with his pack, alaric then jumps us hauling us into the mini van he must have rented, Josie and I where in the back seat where there was int two seats, Lizzy and hope choosing to sit next to each other leaving the boys high and dry

"So Dr. Saltzman, what exactly are we doing this weekend" I said with a sarcastic tone

"Umm I'll explain when I talk to Dorian but for now just sit back and relax our road trip!" Alaric said and while finishing his sentence you could sense the regret

I let out a smile giggle while Josie rolled her eye and placed her head on my shoulder

"Why does he do this" Josie saids annoyed

I let out a small laugh,
"Oh jojo he's your father, that's what they do" I said with a small smirk, rubbing Josie's back

Josie's POV
The trip was to long for one day so we split it into 2, meaning Penelope and I should have a hotel room to our selves tonight but I have a feeling we won't be alone.

"I'm hungry" Penelope moans, and places her head on here head rest

"I have chips in my bag ?"

"Ooo what type" Penelope saids emerging forward from her seat

"Salt and vinegar"

"Yes please, share ?" Penelope saids with a smirk and staring at me like she's never eaten before

"Of course honey" I rolled my eyes while smiling

"See this is why we're made for each other" Penelope said grabbing the chips

"I love you so much" I said while looking her desperately openly the bag of chips, I let out a little giggle

There was a lot of bickering and singing on part 1 of the road trip.

We get to the hotel and Alaric leaves the kids in the car while he checks in

Penelope and Josie keep conversation to themselves looking doughy into each other's eyes and cuddled up

Hope and Lizzy where getting really close and and MG and the boys were fighting as usual about dumb comics or who's the stronger super natural

Everyone knew they were going to have to do some hard work and thinking to solve this super natural problem but right now they were all happy

Penelope and josie has each other again and in love and free, Lizzy and hope we're becoming friends which was great for Josie, MG And the boys were messing around and just enjoying being out of the school, things in this moment were perfect
