Josie's POV
Penelope is lying on the bed, she's warm but unconscious, I knew her family history would effect her I'm not sure how though, I'm scared, no one here knows her history but me, just like her she saved me and I needed to figure out a way to save her

"Josie what happened, she was fine and she brought you back" Caroline saids frantically

Lizzy and hope are speechless

"Josie are you okay" Lizzy speaks

"Lizzy I'm fine, Penelope's not"

"Josie what did she do" hope asked confused

"Well you all know that Penelope doesn't really have a family, but there's a reason for that"

Everyone is starring at me, I didn't want to spill her secretes but I needed Bonnie's help, i knew if I touched Penelope I would begin to siphon and I can't do that

"Bonnie can I speak with you outside?"

"Of course"

We walked outside, hope confused and worried, Lizzy not even paying attention and Caroline sitting next to Penelope

"Bonnie, Penelope has a dark family, her mum is the leader of the dark coven, and her dad is a master in dark magic"

"Josie how do you know about the dark coven."

"Penelope is the love of my life, I know everything about her."

"Right,"

"Bonnie, Penelope's never touched dark magic, she feared what it would do to her after watching her family be torn apart"

"Okay, that's a good sign then"

"What is"

"That she personally doesn't have a history of dark magic, it obviously has a huge impact on her family but I know a spell that dilutes the darkness in the magic"

"That's great"

"Well yes but it doesn't eliminate it Josie, she will still have some in her"

"What will happen"

"Well Hope has dark magic and she fine, for the most part, Penelope will just have a greater access to her dark magic"

"That's okay I guess"

"Josie will need to help her control it"

"What ever it takes, I'm not going anywhere"

We entered the room and I saw my mum holding Penelope's hand, Bonnie switched roles with Caroline and started whispering into her ear, it's was the spell, I was so nervous, I feared that I have lost my Penelope, my mum moved over to me and held my hand

"She's going to be okay"

Mum placed a peck on my forehead and it reminded me of Penelope, I tear dropped from my eye

Bonnie moves away from Penelope

"What's happening"

"Josie it's going to take time"

I held my breath and sat next to Penelope I didn't take my eyes off her chest, she was wearing my necklace but also I had to make sure she was till breathing unlike me.

Penelope starts shaking, I'm freaking out I reach out to grab her and my mum moved my hand

"Bonnie !?"

"Josie I don't know"

I held my breath a so watched my love fit and there was nothing I could do. My eyes flooded with tears hope jumped up and help Penelope's arm, she whispered something in her ear, Penelope stopped, my mum let me go

"Hope what did you do"

"I just calmed her with a spell"

My breathing was quick and heavy, I couldn't breath, Lizzy came to put her hand on me but I jumped at the feel

"I can't be here"

I jumped up and walked outside, I couldn't stand in that room not being able to touch Penelope, I sat outside and slid my back down the wall, u put my head in between my knees and weeped, my sad sure me and ran over,

"Josie what's wrong, your mum told me everything was going well"

"Dad Penelope took the dark magic, she's unconscious in there and there's nothing I can do, I can't touch her, I can't be near her, I can't be there for her"

"Hey hey sweaty it's okay, we're going to fix this"

Hope runs out

"Josie !, she's awake"

I got up and ran inside I looked at Penelope and something was different, her eyes were not sparkling, there was no love in her eyes

"That's not Penelope!"

Everyone locked eyes with Penelope and didn't see the difference, but I knew her eyes, I knew how she looked at me and that wasn't my Penelope.

"Penelope?" I took a step closer

"Josie, somethings wrong" Penelope lets

Here face doesn't change emotions,

"Josie I can't."

I walked closer to her and she was trapped in her own body, Penelope's arm reaches out to grab mine but Hope puts her back to sleep

"Josie?!"

"That's not Penelope, she's in there but something has her body"

"It's the dark magic" Bonnie locks eyes with me "it's her history taking control" 

I just look at my girlfriends unconscious body in fear that I've lost my Penelope forever

"What do we do?"
