Chapter 3:
At lunch, Kyle was still following me around, and even when I went to the bathroom, he was waiting outside for me. (A/N- You don't think I would let him in the bathroom, do you? I was, but then... It IS only high school. If it was college, he'd be in there.)
"Kyle, why are you following me?" I asked, grabbing a tray of pepperoni pizza.
"'Cause you're hot!! It helps my popularity," I could hear the smirk in his voice, and I rolled my eyes.
"Well, bye," I said, grabbing a Monster and rushing away to my table where Angela was sitting next to Sean, and Ryan had his arm around a random girl's shoulders.
"Hey, guys," I greeted, sitting on one side of the table by myself.
"This is Katrina Cristen," Ryan introduced the girl. She had long auburn hair that went past her elbows. She had a round face, and had curves "in all the right places." Her skin was a light olive hue, and she had a thick English accent.
"Hello," she shyly ducked her head, and Ryan squeezed her shoulders to boost her confidence.
"I'm Marissa Nago," I cheerily said, shaking her hand.
"Oh, hey, Ky," she said to a person behind me.
"Who is-"
"Hey, Katrina," Kyle sat on my left, awfully close.
"What are you doing?" I rudely asked.
"Sitting with my girl and sister," he answered like it was obvious.
"Where's your girl?" I tried to see past his bulky form to his other side.
"You, silly!!" he exclaimed, hitting my nose with his finger playfully.
"WH-"
"AW!! That's nice," Angela cooed, wagging her eyebrows at me.
"But I-"
"Since when?" Ryan interupted, not allowing me to protest.
"We kissed in the hallway this morning. I guess she just couldn't help herself," Kyle smirked at me, knowing that it was pissing me off.
"You kissed me!!" I yelled out, pushing him softly as not to gain people's attention.
"That works too."
"But you... I... NO!!" I confusedly babbled, ignoring the fact I sounded like an idiot.
I grabbed Kyle's arm, pulling him away from my table, hissing, "We need to talk," in his ear.
"Don't have too much fun now!!" Sean jokingly called after us. I flipped him off as I dragged Kyle out of the cafeteria.
"What the hell?!" I yelled, pushing him against a wall.
"Oh, COME ON. You know we would look hot together," he smirked. Does this boy like to smirk the hell outta me??
"I never said yes to anything you said in there!!" I cried out.
"But you didn't say no either."
"UGH!! You seriously-"
"Issa, come on!! Just one date!! Just one!!" he pleaded. Damn, I can't say no to anything.
