"Don!" Faith called out again. She followed him outside to the DJ booth. He took the mic in his hand.

"Aye!" He said.

Everyone in the party looked at him.

"I hope y'all had a good time, but the party is over. Get the fuck out!"

"Don!" She tugged at his arm to get him to put the microphone down. He snatched away from her.

"I need everybody off this property in 3 minutes before I air all this shit out." He handed the mic back to the DJ and walked off. Faith was now worried. This all had happened before, and she didn't want to see it happen again. She knew how Don could get.

----

Don was gone. Nowhere to be found. Faith looked in every corner, inside and out, of the house and couldn't find him.

Eddie was coming out of the bathroom from upstairs. Given that he went to the second floor to use it, he was probably taking a dump. He hurried down the stairs, and then slowed down his pace when he felt the atmosphere of the house. It wasn't party-like at all. It was much quieter. People were quickly picking up trash and bringing food inside.

"What y'all doing? It's only 10," he said.

Faith looked at him, then looked away in disgust on her way outside to tidy up.

Eddie just stood there, annoyed from being ignored. "Hellooooo? Can't nobody hear? I said what the fuck is going on?"

Stacy was still shooken up as she sat quietly on the couch in a thinking position with her leg rattling. She didn't even know who she was anymore.

"Yo," Eddie snapped his fingers in her face. "I know y'all can hear me."

Don came walking out from some random area in the house. He had took time away to clear his head and to think. Eddie had really pulled his last straw.

"Don, what happened to the party?" Eddie asked at the sight of him.

"I told them to get out."

"Who told you to do that shit?"

Don stepped to him closer. "There you go again, forgetting that this is MY house and that I run this shit! All of it!"

Eddie took a step back, "woah, you getting all buck for what? I just asked what was going on, no need to be upset, angryman."

Don put two fingers to Eddie's head and pushed. "I'm angry because I got dumb niggas like you around me that I clearly can't trust!"

"Now you can't trust me." Eddie bitterly laughed. "And why can't you trust me now?"

Don decided it was time to cut to the chase. He pointed at Stacy, who was still sitting anxiously on the couch. "Did you drug her?"

Eddie didn't say anything. He looked over at Lonnie, then off into another direction. He looked everywhere except for Don's eyes.

Don quickly balled his fist and hit Eddie in the jaw, hard, knocking him to the ground but not unconscious.

"After I told you to get rid of that shit and not to use it no more you did it anyway?! Crazy ass mother fucker!"

Eddie took a while to regain his balance, but once he did, he was able to look Don in his eyes again.

Faith quietly took a seat next to Stacy. Stacy looked at her. "Drugged me?", she asked. "With what?"

Faith shrugged. "Something he and his crazy ass friends be cooking up. It makes you lose your memory of big and important things. You pretty much forget everything about yourself once you're on it. It's stronger then a mf."

Stacy really tried to think hard. As hard as she could. How much more to her life was there?

"Aight, fine." Eddie said while rubbing his aching jaw. "But if you gone punch me for that then you need to be punching some other niggas in this room too."

The atmosphere intensified.

"You need to knock the hell out of Nisty too for giving me the idea," Eddie started. Nisty stood off to the side of the living room and bulged her eyes when she heard Eddie rat her out. "And get Lonnie too, for holding her still while I did it."

Stacy's head shot over to Lonnie. She was never in love with Lonnie, but this really broke her heart big time.

"You never take responsibility for the fucked up shit you do, and I'm supposed to believe you now?" Don questioned.

Eddie shrugged. "You never believe me anyway nigga, so it ain't new to me. But you can believe this...Lonnie been fucking on Stacy for at least two months now. Did you know that, Mr. Bossman?"

Don's eyes rolled over to Lonnie in a sinister manner. He had told them all that Stacy was off limits. This was going on behind his back in hopes of never getting caught. Unfortunately, what was done in the dark definitely came into the light today. And these two brothers were supposed to be his ride or dies...not anymore. Everything within this house has just went through a shift, and all over a stupid move.

The doorbell rang. Saved by the bell?

"I'll get it!" Eagerly, Faith hopped up and ran to the door...anything to get her out of this situation.

She opened the door and didn't recognize the face of the young man staring back at her. She stared blankly, waiting for him to speak.

"I'm looking for Stacy, is she here?"

"Who's asking?" said Faith.

"Her boyfriend."
