Madison's POV:

We were on our honeymoon we were in Paris. It was beautiful. I honestly wanted to stay here forever. I forgot about all my problems back home. It was nice to get away from it all just the two of us. We've been here for two weeks and we go home tomorrow. I honestly didn't want to come home. I could just stay in Paris with Jake forever.

Jake: "I don't want to go home tomorrow."

Me: "Neither do I."

Jake: "But duty calls."

Me: "This is true."

•••A week later•••

Ever since we got home I've felt really sick. I've been puking, I've been really dizzy and my period is late. Oh my gosh.... no no no no. I can't be maybe it's just late.... yeah I can't be pregnant.... that's not right.... oh no....

Me: "Captian Holt I need the rest of the day off I have therapy with my brother and father."

Captain Holt: "Have tomorrow off as well you don't look so good Miss Peralta."

Me: "Captain May I shut your door really quick I need to tell you something but I don't want the whole office to know."

Captain Holt: "Go ahead."

I shut the door and sat down on the chair holding up a one on my hand because I needed a minute I felt like I was going to throw up again.

Captian Holt: "Is everything alright?"

Me: "I think I'm pregnant... and I don't know if I'm ready to be a mom Captain.... and I don't know if Jake is ready to be a dad. I'm going to the doctor after therapy and I'm just so scared."

Captian Holt: "Oh please don't cry. I don't usually do this but it looks like you need a hug."

Me: "Are you sure?"

Captian Holt: "Yeah."

I hugged Captian Holt he had a tight grip. I told him thank you and I headed to therapy with my brother and dad.

Me: "Thank you both for coming today."

Nick: "What's going on?"

Dad: "I've been drinking."

Therapist: "Why are you drinking?"

Dad: "I don't know I'm just depressed."

Therapist: "Madison tell your father why you need him to stop drinking."

Me: "Dad... I think I'm pregnant."

Dad: "Oh my gosh!"

Me: "After this I'm going to the doctor I've been puking and I just feel really dizzy."

Nick: "I'm moving back here. There's no way I'm letting go through this alone."

Dad: "And I'll go back to rehab today I want to help out as much as possible."

Nick: "Beth and Randall wanna move here too Kate Of course will stay in LA."

Me: "You guys really don't have to do this."

Dad: "Of course we do."

•••At the doctors•••

Doctor: "You're pregnant. With twins. It's too early to tell the gender but by how your body is reacting its most likely boys. But everyone's pregnancy is different."

Me: "Are they healthy?"

Doctor: "Yes they are."

•••Back home•••

I grabbed McDonald's I bought seven large fries and dumped them on a plate I sprayed whipped cream all over them. Pregnancy cravings are weird.....

Jake: "Hey honey I'm home. You look sad what's wrong?"

Me: "Well once I tell you this I'm scared you'll leave me."

Jake: "I'll never leave you. What's going on? What did the doctor say? Oh my gosh do you have cancer are you gonna DIE?!"

Me: "No no no honey I'm ok really nothing life threatening is wrong with me."

Jake: "Thank goodness. What's wrong then?"

Me: "Well you know how I've been puking and feeling dizzy ever since we got home?"

Jake: "Yeah."

Me: "Give me your hand."

Jake: "Ok."

I took his hand and put it on my belly.

Me: "I'm pregnant."

Jake: "No WAY! I'm going to be a dad!"

Me: "Wait you're excited?"

Jake: "Heck yeah I am! Aren't you?"

Me: "I'm terrified."

Jake: "I am too. But I promise we will get through this together."

Me: "I love you Jake Peralta."

Jake: "And I love you Madison Peralta."

Madisonperalta: No longer Madison Pearson. So happy I married the love of my life.
Jakeperalta: I feel the same way.
