Chapter 4
As I slept my dreams were haunted with the ache I had felt, but when I came back to consciousness I felt a massive presence brush against mine gently. I smiled and opened my barriers to Him and Him only. Hello Asmira. I apologize for yesterday, I shouldn't have put you through that. I smiled serenly and through the mind-link said It's ok. But may I ask you something? He thought for awhile then responed now is not a good time elfling. But remember, I am only a thought away. If you ever need me to save you, I will reveal myself to all known life forms for you my elfling. Now go, go to your strapping young saviour. I could feel His ancient eyes wink as I blushed. Then His pressence left, but not like before. I still felt his warmth in even the darkest corners in my mind.
Then I realized I was in a bed. That was not mine. Surrounded by a smell I was all too familiar with. With an arm around my waist and a sweet soft breath on the nape of my neck. " Good morning my sleeping beauty," I froze. How the hell was I supposed to respond to that, I had no idea.
So I did the one thing I know how to do. I closed my eyes, opened my mouth. . . But the next step was rudely caught off guard by some nosey elf named Miren. And his mouth. As my fake snoring died away it was replaced by screaming, and I assure you it was not mine.
" WHAT THE HELL ASMIRA!?!?!? YOU F-CKIN BIT ME!!!!!!!!!"
"Well it was your own fault. You shouldn't stick your tounge into unsuspecting elves mouths!"
"I THOUGHT YOU WANTED IT!!!!!!"
"Why would you think that?"
"YOU OPENED YOUR MOUTH AND YOUR EYES WERE CLOSED AND YOU WERE FACING ME!!!!!!'
"That doesn't mean I want you to mouth rape me!!!"
"GOD DAMMIT MY TOUNGE IS F-CKIN BLEEDING!!!!'' Miren shouted leaving the room.
"Serves you right, douch," I muttered as I left the small hut and made my way home. Mother, Saana, and maybe even Randock and Keko were probably worried. I smiled as I thought of my "endearing" brothers. As I walked I realized I was only a ways away from the tavern, and smiled as I thought about the past two days. My life hasn't been this hectic in awhile. I thought about Saana's announcement, too. I realized I was happy for her. Even proud. I smiled as my heart was filled with love for her and Andor. Then snorted at her nickname for him. "Andy. What a silly name," I muttered as I continued walking down the path.
