Taehyung can taste the blood in his mouth. It's slowly running down his chin as he coughs. The next kick hits his ribs causing agonizing pain to run through his body.

He curls up in a fetal position as the two boys pour their drinks over him. Taehyung shakes from the pain, scared of what they might do next. To his surprise, the guys turn around and leave him alone on the ground.
It starts raining. It's cold.
Taehyung is keeping it in. He's holding the tears back, causing more pain to his stomach. It has been five days. Five days and he's already in trouble again.
He slowly sits up, holding an arm over his rib cage, biting his lip to soothe the pain. The taste of iron hasn't left and it makes him feel sick.
It's raining a lot now. So cold.

Hyun is sitting with her phone in the living room. She laughs at Yong who's on face time, trying to make a toast but keeps burning it. "I see a future cook in you," Hyun comments while laughing, Yong just shows her tongue as she keeps struggling with the toaster.
A new message in the group chat pops up. The four of them (Hyun, Yong, Shin, and Jungkook) have made a group-chat since they have an assignment coming up, which they have chosen to make together - Taehyung chose to be alone.
'So, Hyun can we crash at your house on Wednesday? You have a big house' Shin writes. Due to their father's job, they have plenty of money to buy a big house. Hyun just answers sure and keeps chatting with Yong.
The door opens and Taehyung comes inside. He's still wearing the hoodie, totally soaked from the rain.
"The others are coming on Wednesday to make the assignment, can you cook? It's my turn but I don't want to cook when they are here" Hyun says, only gazing at her brother.
Taehyung stops for a second but then keeps walking towards the stairs.
"I take that as a yes!" Hyun yells after him. So annoying.
Taehyung ignores the younger's words as he walks inside the bathroom. He takes off the wet clothes and looks at his body that's shaking from the cold and the pain. The water is dripping from his hair. The bruises are already starting to form.
