As soon as we entered the kitchen, Annabel was in Jace's arms, hugging him like her life depended on it. I'm yet to figure what he's doing here and who he is to this family and he's yet to notice my presence. Once she pulled away, she pulled me to stand infront of him. She pulls me anywhere a lot these days.
"Jace this is Theodetia, Theodetia, Jace" Annie introduces
"I know him" I say at the same time Jace says 'I know her'
"You already met?" Cynthia asks, curious
"Yeah, went to interview him for our school magazine in Italy" I say
"So he was the one you went to interview?" Annabel asks
"Yeah"
"But you never told me you were a benefactor for USC" she says turning to him
"Well there are a lot of things I don't tell you sissy"
"Sissy?" I'm confused
"Yeah, she's my sister"
Why didn't I notice?

My brother bought it so there's no need to pay rent
My brother owns it so we'll be taking it
"Oh" is all I manage to say
"So you know my sister?" He asks, standing by me whilst Annie and Cynthia are don't their own thing
"If you're literally seeing me in your house with her and she just said we go to the same school then yes, I know your sister"
"Mhmm" he hums
Just when he was about to ask me another question, the butler opens the door and in comes a man, between him and Jace and even Annabel is a striking resemblance. And the way Annabel runs into his arms and yells daddy like she's now being told she has a long lost father, I come to the conclusion that he's the man of the house.
"And who do I have in my home?" He asks once he's done greeting his wife.
"I'm sorry, I'm Theodetia Hamilton"
I extend my hands but he pulls me into a hug
"Great to meet you Theodetia"
"Please Detia will be fine Mr. Stark"
"Then Ben will also be fine"
"Let's have dinner" Cynthia says when she's done setting the table.
I take my seat close to Annabel and Jace also slips in beside me.
I dish some roasted potatoes and some marinated steak with bacon rolled asparagus on my plate.
We say the grace and I dip in, moaning as the juicy taste of the steak settles on my tongue
"You might want to stop doing that" Jace whispers in my ears, and strangely I shudder as his hot breath fans my cheek
I look at him and acknowledge his comment with a nod.
"Use your words" he whispers again
What is this guy? A dom?
I ignore him and continue to have dinner when Ben throws questions at me
"So Detia, what year are you?"
"First year Ben"
"And you're already going on trips for school projects, you must be a brilliant student"
"That she is Dad" Annabel chimes in
"I try"
I say, but I don't remember telling him anything, well guess his wife must have told him
"So how did it go, I hope my son did not give you any trouble?" Cynthia asks
"Went well, and he wasn't much of a problem"
"Much? I was no problem at all" Jace argues
"You were late. Remember? That is a problem"
"I told you I was caught up"
"And did I tell you I had the whole day to wait for his majesty?"
"Whatever" he mumbles
"This isn't over yet" he whispers
"Well to me, it clearly is" I whisper back

After dinner I decided to take a shower and take off bed, but Annabel had other plans. She decided we play a board game or some sort, so here I am, trying to find something to wear that's not too revealing, but with my adiddas highwaisted booty shorts that barely covers my ass, I come up empty.
So I decided to wear the t-shirt I wore yesterday, at least it reaches mid-thigh.
I walk to the game room and take a seat.
"You look comfy" Jace says, sitting close to me
"I am" I say, acting oblivious to the fact that I'm wearing his shirt
"You know that's my shirt right?"
"Yep. Needed something comfortable so Annabel lent me this" I say
"Look good on you" he says and I roll my eyes
"Did you just roll your eyes at me?"
"Yes, what are you u you going to do about it?" I ask daringly
"You have the habbit if defying me"
"And you have the habbit of acting all dom"
"I am dom"
"Telling me something I don't know?"
I ask and he chuckles.
Annabel comes with the games, we decided to play monopoly, but decided against it after two minutes, then we settle on Uno.
After shuffling the cards, we share them and play till we're tired.
And that's how my night ends.
