-3rd Person P.O.V
"There's my Dada," Adrianna pointed to Harry who was placing Jamie in the car. She looked at her feet as she walked when she felt a hand on her shoulder. She didn't look up, thinking it was just Harry. However, when she felt them turn in a different direction than in the direction of the car, she looked up at the man who had her hand. She had. I idea who he was. She halted and went to scream, but he put his hand over her mouth and lead her to a black car, buckling her in the back, and drove away. She was quiet, too afraid to even cry. She pulled her Harry from her backpack and snuggled it.
"I work for your grandfather," she wiped her teary eyes on her kitty, not speaking. "He's excited to see you,"
When the black car pulled up to the small house, the man took Anna and took her inside. Her hands were shaky and she refused to look up from the ground. Her arms held her kitten tightly and protectively; it was the only form of comfort she had.
"Adrianna dear!" Her grandfather greeted once he saw them. She glanced at him, then back to the floor. He scooped her up and hugged his granddaughter. "How are you darling?" She didn't respond. She wanted to get down, but she was too afraid to squirm or try and get down. He kissed her cheek and carried her to the living room. This house was not the house she remembered.
Louis had only taken the little girl to Joe's house once in her life, before they met Harry, to tell Joe to leave Louis alone about going on a mission with him. Had had been harassing Louis, so Louis physically went to his house and told him to fuck off.
This house was much smaller than that one. This house had a tiny kitchen that lead to the backyard where only a patio and grill were. He kitchen had enough room for maybe four people at one time with black, rusty appliances. The kitchen led to a small dining room with s tiny round table, and that room led to the living room where they came in. The floor was dark wood floors and the furniture looked like it hasn't been sat on in ten years. It smelled a bit like old people. One thing that stuck out to Anna was the mound of toys on the couch.
"I didn't know what you'd like so I got you a bunch of things," he set her down and she slowly went to check out the toys, but as she looked at the toys, her eyes found a photo on the little coffee table. It was a little boy, a woman, and Joe. Joe smiled. "See the little boy?" She nodded. "That's your daddy. And the lady is your daddy's Mummy. Your grandma," she picked up the picture and hugged it, wanting the closest thing she could find of her dad. "Do you know your grandma is dead?" Little Adrianna nodded her head.
"Car accident," she said. "Daddy told me,"
"Do you know it was a hybrid who hit her?" She nodded again. "And you're not afraid of them?" She shook her head bravely.
"I love Dada Harry and Jamie and my baby sister,"
"Well you're living with me now," he said. Anna's eyes widened a bit, putting the photo down and hugging her cat again, going to sit on the recliner. He was nice to her, he wasn't going to hurt her. He wouldn't dare. Joe just did what he thought was right.
"But my Daddy," she pouted. Her lip trembled. "I want Daddy," Joe left the room and returned with a picture of Louis at his college graduation. He gave the photo to Adrianna who hugged that and her stuffed animal.
"I won't keep you from talking to him obviously, but you won't see him. Maybe occasionally. But you're now living with me. Not with those monsters and your dad,"
"They're not m-monsters," she sniffled. "My dada is not a monster or my brother or my sister,"
"And that's why you're here. To learn the truth about those creatures. For you, you play and be a kid,"
