-3rd Person P.O.V
Harry and Louis sat on the sofa in their home. Today was three years since they got married. Instead of going out, they decided they just wanted to spend the day in the house with their kids. Little Elizabeth was now three while Anna and Jamie were eight years old, now in second grade. Louis took the day off from work and so did Harry, but the two kids were in school. Lizzie wasn't in school yet, so she was home with the happy married couple.
"What can I make my family's for lunch?" Harry asked Louis and Lizzie. Lizzie smiled widely at her Dada from Louis' lap.
"Mac and cheese?" She asked. Harry sighed.
"You had that for dinner last night. Can I get you something a little more healthy?" She shook her head. "Why not some fruit?" He suggested.
"Nuh uh Dada," she whined, her ears against her head now. "Mac and cheese. Daddy can you tell Dada to make Mac and cheese?"
"It's up to Dada," Harry let out a sigh.
"If you come help me make it, you can have some," she gasped and ran into the kitchen, Harry following.
Louis bit his lip at the interaction between the two. Interested, he got up and followed his husband and daughter into the kitchen. The two cat-hybrids stood at the stove, Harry holding Elizabeth so she wouldn't burn herself. The little girl looked back and saw Louis, a giggle leaving her lips. She puckered her lips, so Louis couldn't help it and went over to peck her lips.
"Ya helping Dada?" She nodded her head proudly. "Help him mix it," Harry gave the spoon to Lizzie and watched her stir the pot of the fake cheesy deliciousness.
"Babe, what can I make you?" Harry asked Louis.
"I'll make our lunch. What do you want?"
"Surprise me," Louis kissed his cheek and went to make them sandwiches and he also cut up some apples for the three. Elizabeth turned in Harry's arms and smiled at Louis.
"Hi," Louis said, smiling. She giggled and nuzzled her cheek in Harry's shoulder. "You being a big help?" She nodded shyly, playing with Harry's shirt.
When the three took a seat at the kitchen table, Lizzie insisted on sitting on Louis' lap, so he let her.
As they ate, Louis' cell phone rang. He raised his eyebrow at the unknown number and pressed answer, lifting the phone to his ear.
"Hello, Louis Tomlinson speaking?" He didn't know if it was a customer for his company, so he spoke formally.
"Hello, the is the county jail. I'm speaking on the behalf of your father, Joseph Tomlinson," Louis sucked in a deep breath, placing Lizzie in the seat next to him, walking out of the room.
"Daddy?" Lizzie said, but Louis just walked out.
"Honey, he'll be right back," Harry explained. She frowned and went to crawl into his lap, eating her lunch.
Louis took a seat on his bed as he went upstairs for more privacy. He'd let Harry know what was happening, but for now he just wanted to have this conversation with himself and the man on the phone.
"What about my father?" Louis asked, suddenly feeling on edge.
"He wants you to come visit. Or at least talk on the phone. He asks every hour and it's starting to bother other inmates. Would you be willing to visit? He said to bring his youngest granddaughter," Louis nearly laughed in the phone, but realized that'd be an inappropriate response. He took a minute to think. Should he have even bothered with seeing his father? After everything he's done to his family? Hell no he didn't deserve it, but Louis was curious.
