The Ex

You and Rye have been dating for 8 months now. You was loving every moment of it! You was so happy with rye, he helped you though the toughest part of your life. Your ex boyfriend oscar cheated on you with your older sister after you had been dating for 3 years.

You had been really busy with work the past 3 days and hadn't seen Rye that much. You have text him and called him every day still and everything was great, until....

Dickhead:
Hey baby 😍

Me:

Dickhead:
Come on baby, dont ignore me ❤

Me:

Dickhead:
Come on, I'm sorry baby, I know what I did was wrong but I miss you so much! I love you and I know you love me. Please just meet me tomorrow at the park we use to go at 5pm? Xxxx

Obviously I wasnt going to meet him. He was a dickhead (hence the name). I just left it and went to bed.

*Next Day. 5pm*

I looked at my phone nervously knowing I was going to get a horrible message form oscar because I didn't meet him. I stood against the wall bitting my lip, just waiting.

Dickhead:
You bitch! You selfish bitch! I came back for you! I told you I loved you I said I was sorry and you threw it back in my face by standing me up!?

Me:

Dickhead:
So you're just going to ignore me?

Me:

Dickhead:
Fuck you! You attention seeking slut. Your sister was so much better than you anyway 🤤🖕

I threw my phone across the room and slide down the wall and just broke. Why?! Why did he have to do that? Why message me now? I'm happy! I need Rye. I crawled along the floor and picked my phone up and called rye.

//phone call//

Rye:
Hey baby

Me:
H..hi

Rye:
Baby? What's wrong?

Me:
O..osc..oscar.

Rye:
I'm coming over. Stay strong baby! Dont move! I love you.

//end call//

I dropped my phone and pulled my knees up to my head and cried.
It had been about 10mins and I hadn't moved. "Charlotte?! C?!" I heard ringing though the house. I opened my mouth to shout back but no words came out. "C, baby" rye ran in the room and hugged me so tight. "What happened baby" he whispered in my ear. "Osc... text...sorry... love" is all I could say. He looked at me slightly confused. I just cried more and buried my head in his chest. He wrapped his arms around me and we just sat on the floor until I calmed down. "I..I'm sorry" I sobbed. "Dont be sorry, tell me what happened" he said and kissed my head. I didn't say anything, I just gave him my phone.

I could see the anger I'm Ryes face. "Why didn't you tell me about this?" He looked at me, and he looked really mad. "I'm s..so..sorry" I sat up straight so I wasnt leaning on him anymore. "Charlotte, I told you to block him!" He shouted. I jumped back and my eyes filled with water. "I.. I'm sorry" I crocked, I leaned back slightly moving away from Rye. He was really mad and is now shouting, kinda scaring me. "Omg Char" he shouted and turned around and punched my bed. That was it, I broke down crying again and ran to the bathroom locking myself in there. Why was he so mad at me? I didn't do anything wrong? Why was he shouting?

"Baby?" He said and knocked on the door. I didn't say anything I just sat there.
"Come on char, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you or get that mad. I.. I just hate that he has hurt you and that he told you them horrible things. Please baby, let me in" rye pleaded. I slowly got up and opened the door. "Baby, I'm sorry. I love you so much. I promise he will never hurt you again" rye ran in and hugged me so tight. "I love you too" was all I could say.
