Waking up next to Sango was the last thing I expected to wake up to. I was in my bed, yes, and I was fully clothed (thank cod) but I had a pounding headache that I just couldn't ignore. "Look who's finally awake." I turned to Shi, who was on Hachi's bed. My eyes widened when I realized my twin brother was curled into a ball next to her. "Yo, did you two—" She laughed, cutting me off. "Me and Hachi? Nah, we didn't fuck. From what I remember, which isn't much by the way, we all got super drunk and ended up crashing at your place because your place was closer. You and Sango kept making out on your bed so Hachi and I crashed on his," she explained groggily. "Wait, what?" The yellow inkling snickered. "I'm only kidding, you guys didn't make out—Not here at least. You guys kept flirting with each other," she said with a yawn. So? Sango and I did make out? I really hope Hachi didn't remember that part of the night.

"In the taxi," Shi muttered as if reading my mind. "And before we left the bar. You two got super drunk, so Hachi called up a taxi while y'all were making out and when you guys got in the cab, you continued and—"
"Of course that's all you remember," I mumbled, sitting up and unsteadily wandering out of the room. Shi followed behind, stumbling into a few walls. "Major hangover," she mumbled, falling onto my couch. "You have a really nice place." I nodded, grabbing the aspirin from one of the cabinets. "Want some water?" I asked. "Yes, pleeeaase," she said, yawning right after she said the words. I gave her a cup of water and aspirin. She smiled lazily but gratefully. "Thanks, you're a lifesaver."

We sat in silence. "That was one helluva welcomin' though, wasn't it?" Shi laughed. "Yeah, never expected we'd get a whole celebration for joining a band," I said, having a sip of my water after swallowing some aspirin. "Our band is gonna be special, dammit," the yellow inkling proposed, nodding in agreement to her own statement. "How so?" She chuckled. "Have you heard me play yet? Not to brag or amythin', but I'm a great bass guitarist," she boasted with a cocky smile. "Ya don't say," I raised an eyebrow. "That a challenge?" she asked with a smirk. "I don't see why it can't be," I answered with a subtle smile. "Oh, you're on. We have band practice on Tuesdays n' Fridays at 2 PM. Remember that," Shi said, having a sip of her water. "Why Tuesdays and Fridays?" I asked. "Those 're Sango's days off," she replied. I nodded.

A loud noise coming from my bedroom caught our attention. I quickly got up and went to go see what the commotion was about, only to find Hachi sitting on our bedroom floor, rubbing his head. "Fuck, that hurt," he muttered. "You okay?" I asked, rushing to his side. "Yeah, yeah. Damn, my head hurts like hell," he grumbled as his hand flew up to his temple. "That's called a hangover," Sango's voice was heard. She was sitting up, wincing at the pain in her head. "I'll get you two some aspirin," I said before leaving the room. "Those two 're awake?" Shi asked as I got the aspirin and cups of water. "Yeah, Hachi fell off the bed," I answered, serving the aspirin to Sango and Hachi. "Thank you," the green inkling said, taking the aspirin and water sheepishly. "Yo, what's today?" she asked, looking for her phone on my bed. I noticed a phone underneath my bed and gave it to her. "It's Saturday," I replied, helping Hachi off the ground as Shi walked in the room. "Shit! I'm gonna be late for work!" Sango bolted up, immediately falling back down onto the bed with a hand to her temple. "Shit," she muttered. "Maybe you should call in sick," Shi suggested. "If I call in sick, you're just gonna drag me to your place to practice," the green inkling said. "Exactly! Hachi and Nana should get a taste of what we do," the taller girl smiled. "Fine, fine. I'll call Cuttlefish."

Sango exited the room to make her call. "Y'all got fuckin' freaky last night," Hachi laughed after she closed the door behind her. Shi let out a bout of laughter herself as I blushed profusely. "Did not!" My brother only shrugged with a smug smile on his face. "Why is that the one thing you guys can remember?" I asked, looking a lot more famished than I'd like. "How could we forget?" Shi asked with a loud snort. "It was nothing, okay? We were drunk, that's all," I said with a frown. "Whatever you say," Hachi said, looking askance. "They're kinda cute though, don't ya think?" Shi asked. I could see the sudden flash of jealousy in his eyes. "Yeah, sure." I sighed. "Hachi... Not right now," I said, guiltily glancing away. "Uh, am I missing something?" the yellow inkling raised an eyebrow. "Pffft, of course not! Everything's fine," Hachi said, plastering a fake smile on his face.

Our attention turned to the sound of the doorknob turning, revealing Sango. "So?" Shi raised an eyebrow with an intrigued smile. "Good news is, I'm off the hook. Bad news, my hangover is killing me. Can we meet up at Shi's place at, hm, 2 PM maybe?" the green inkling suggested. We all simultaneously looked at the alarm clock on Hachi's bedside table. It was 10. "That's fine. You'll have to send me the address," I said. "Oh! That's right, we should all exchange phone numbers," Shi perked up. "I already have Sango's," I admitted. "Of course you do, you goddamn dykes," she snickered, grabbing her phone from her jacket pocket. Sango and I blushed, refusing to make eye contact with each other. As Hachi and Shi exchanged phone numbers, I turned my phone on and found the camera roll open. I frowned and looked through all the pictures. There were many, but there were two that stood out to me the most. One was Shi taking a selfie with me and Sango making out and the second was Hachi on a stripper pole dressed in full drag. He had beautiful tentalocks, his makeup was amazing, his clothes were... scandalous. I decided not to bring it up with him but I couldn't help but think maybe, just maybe, he's done that all before.

"Yo, Nana," Shi called for attention. I quickly pressed my home button and opened up the dial pad. She tossed me her phone so I could put my number in and once I did just that, I tossed it back. "Do you two need a ride home?" Hachi asked. "That'd be nice," Shi said, giving me my phone back. "Yeah, what she said," Sango muttered. "Lovely! Nana's driving," he said with a stupid smile. I rolled my eyes. "Whatever." I grabbed the keys from my bedside table and stood. "C'mon," I slipped on some Toni Kensa slides and headed for the door. The three followed behind as I did so, and I led them to the parking lot. "Cod, it's freezing," Shi said as we stepped into the morning air. "Yeah, it happens."

I drove them home in silence, everyone's hangovers weren't helping at all and the fact that I had to drive was kinda, y'know, brain damaging (and yet I lose more braincells talking to Hachi). Shi told me the directions, occasionally getting her rights and lefts wrong. "Don't forget about our little challenge," the yellow inkling said before leaving. "My place ain't too far from here," Sango assured. "Good, good. I want more sleep," I said as I drove wherever she told me to. "Thanks for the ride," she said. "Are we gonna talk about what happened last might?" she asked before getting out of the car. "Uhm, maybe when my head isn't pounding," I said awkwardly, a pink blush falling across my face. "Yeah, good idea. Later," she said, quickly closing the door behind her. Hachi sighed and stared down in deep thought.

"You're totally gay for her."
