Nightmares (Akame Ga Kill)

Chapter 2

The night was dark as the moon hung in the sky amongst the stars. It was surley beautiful. But I couldnt enjoy it at the moment because I was already running a little late.

I picked up my pace and ran behind the house, begining to think of a quick plan for this assignment. I finally made it to the house as worry and anticipation filled my blood in fear the boy is already dead.

I decided to go with a plan that he is still alive and climbed onto a tree where no guards seemed to be around.

I climbed to the highest branch possible and jumped onto the roof of the mansion and scurried across it to the other edge.

What I saw below me surprised and slightly angered me.

Some of the guards killed by the assassins group, Night Raid. Night Raid is known for there numerous killings against the Capitol with the use of Imperial Arms. Lately, they have been catching up to me and stealing all the enemies.

I am angered at the fact that they stole MY kill. I am the one to rip the enemies apart, not them.

A girl with black hair, red eyes and the Imperial Arm Murasame ran in a different direction, allowing her team mates to take care the rest of the guards.

I saw her on the wanted posters in town saying her name was Akame. But thats not the point

I wont let them kill them, I want to kill them.

I threw my hood over my head and took a couple of steps back.

1...2...3!

I ran as fast as I could and jumped of the roof, falling towards the 3 remaining guards.  When I was merely 3 feet away from the guard I swung my scythe in all different directions as heavy amounts of blood squirted all over me.

The dismembered body fell along with the other limbs as I jumped up into the air again.

I did a backflip and swung my weapon into the chest of the second guard and landed on my to feet with my scythe still plunged into the man.

Before the man could scream once again I lifted my weapon up, slicing from his chest to his head in half.

By now, I was soaked in blood to the bone, but I wasnt going to stop now.

I saw the last guard turn to leave but I jumped over him and landed face to face with him. "It would be a shame if you didnt have legs to run away from me, wouldnt it?" I asked in a sickly sweet voice.

The guard turned to run but before he could take another step, his legs were gone.

He held his hands up to his face trying to prevent me from hurting him any longer.

"P-PLEASE! PLEASE DONT KILL ME!" he cried as salty tears fell down his cheeks.

"Shhh, its okay. You wont feel anything after Im done with you." He screamed and yelled begging me to stop but was silenced when I sliced his head.

Wow. That felt good.

"Wait, Are you THE Bloody Mary?!" a voice shouted behind me.

I quickly turned around and found the voice belong to a boy with green hair, and I believe with the Imperial Arm Cross tail.

"Of course she is you Idiot! Just look at her, she is covered in blood!" a girl with pink pigtails and a puffy dress yelled while swinging her gun. The Imperial Arm, Pumpkin.

"Where is he?" the two halted there shouting and looked at me in confusion.

"The boy, where is he?" my voice was harsh but I didnt care, I want to kill the bitch and find the boy and I dont want them getting in the way.
