I sat up breathing heavy and sweating. Even Boone was worried the way he rushed over to me. 'April... You can't go on like this' he calmed me down. I shook my head rocking back and forth. 'You need to see Jack about these nightmares' he pulled my head into his t-shirt where I started to cry.

'I can't' I mumbled. 'It's all my fault Boone' I cried. I hadn't slept properly in a couple of days after Sawyer's doing. I wore long sleeve tops to cover my wrist. 'I should've never got on the plane' I sniffled.

'We're all in this together April' he hushed. 'Now listen to me....' He held my shoulders. 'You need to go and see Jack about these' he eyed me up and down. 'Jack's a doctor April... It's confidential' he reassured.

'Oh I see how it is!' His sister came storming up to him. 'You treat her more like a sister than me' she grabbed him and pulled him up.

'Not now Shannon!' He pushed her off. 'Can't you see she's not well' he pointed out. I sat there rocking back and forth.

'No Boone you treat me like I'm nothing to you!' She argued. 'Im your half sister and she's just some stranger!' She got angry.

'Well if you started helping out Shannon we wouldn't have a problem and you're nothing to me' he said harshly. She started to cry and ran off to find Sayid. He knelt back down and brushed my hair behind my ears. 'Now will you come with me to see Jack?' He held his hand out. I twitched and fidgeted with my hands. 'You need help April... Trust me' he grabbed my hand and led me to Jack which was in the caves.

'Hey April are you okay?' Charlie came up to me and helped Boone sit me down to wait for Jack.

'She's been having nightmares a lot she hasn't slept in days' Boone told him quietly but I could still hear them.

'What kind of nightmares?' He asked wanting to know why I was so sick.

'Nobody knows she won't tell any of us' Boone shrugged. I kept to myself. Everyone around the cave was starring at me. 'April stay here I'll go find Jack' he talked to me like I was crazy.

Charlie sat by me and whistled awkwardly. 'I'm not crazy' I reassured him and he just nodded. 'I wish he'd stay out of my head' I buried my face into my hands.

'Who?' He asked.

'I can't say...' Started to cry again. 'He's just there and I want him gone I don't want to see him' I cried even more. 'I ran away but he finds a way to find me every time' I rocked back and forth. 'Help me' I whispered to myself.

'April...' Charlie grabbed my head and cuddled me. 'I don't know what to say... Is it just bloody women in general that get like this' he tried to make me laugh but it didn't work. 'You know if you talk about it... It helps' he rubbed my head.

'I can't though Charlie... It's all my fault... I should've never been on that plane' I looked up to see a man standing in the forest with blood all over him. 'Charlie!' I screamed. 'He's here' I cried.

'April there's no one there' he grabbed my arms. 'April...' He tried to calm me down.

'I need to get away...' I looked around. 'He's found me you don't understand... Charlie I have to run...' I wriggled.

'April you need to stay.... Jack!' He shouted.

'Charlie....' I whispered. 'If I don't run... Then he's going to kill me' I cried out loud wriggling from Charlie's grasp.

'April!' I heard Jack's voice. 'April look at me it's your mind playing tricks' he took over from Charlie trying to keep me sitting down.

'He's there Jack!' I screamed. 'I need to get away now' I turned having jack latch onto my arm.
