Sometimes these conversations of theirs did die down, but Layla didn't mind.

Sometimes she wasn't sure who she wanted to talk to more, her best friends, two girls she'd known for over seven years, two girls who'd been through everything together, or a bunch of four Australian teenage boys who'd she'd never even met before. That probably didn't bother her as much as it should have.

One thing she was completely, utterly, unbelievably thrilled about though, was that her two most favourite groups of people ever were getting to know each other. She was really looking forward to those two groups becoming one.
