I winced as he slammed the tray down next to me, the single piece of bread popping off and landing on the molded and dirty floor. "Enjoy mutt," he added laughing evilly as he walked out. The water was the only good thing left, I sipped it slowly not taking to much cause this is all I have for the rest of the week.
I'm Rosette, I'm fourteen and have lived in this basement for 12 years. Everyday it's something new, a slap, a kick. Sometimes they just stare at me before leaving and coming back with newborns that feed off me. As a wolf the vampire bite does not affect us it makes us weak for only a couple minutes before our wolf strength pumps more blood and we are back to our normal selves.
I had a life a mother a older brother that loved me and spoiled me. A father the alpha of our pack who loved me and cherished me, treating me like his little princess. I remember everything, the day I was welcomed into the pack. A celebration for me, my second birthday the day I was taken. Dressed all pretty a proud smile from my dad.
I miss it and I wish I could take it all back but sadly I can't and 12 years of my life I've been captured. I wear a small tank top that reveals my scars and bite marks from all the abuse. A pair of small shorts and bare feet. My long curly almost white/blonde hair reached my butt and my used to be sparkling blue eyes have faded to a deep blue or dark grey having lost all hope.
My wolf I shift into during winter my fur keeping me warm, my sleek grey fur keeping me warm. I don't have the mind link I should have with my pack and family, as the vampires who captured me took it away so I wouldn't be found. I miss my family and if I close my eyes sometimes I can see them coming and getting me, but dreams don't come true in my world.
