Returned But Broken

~Chapter Fourteen~

"Wake up sweetie," Blaze cooed in my ear soothing out my hair.

I groaned and rolled over running into his chest. I wrapped my arms around his neck and curled  into him.

"Your something else," he laughed and cradled me in his chest as he got out of bed.

He sat me on my feet as I slowly opened my eyes and looked up at him. "I'm too tired Blaze," I groaned leaning into him.

He looked down at me worriedly running a had across my forehead. I felt lightheaded and weak as I collapsed in his arms.

"Rose," he gasped laying me on the bed, "What's wrong sweetie?"

"I don't feel good," I said closing my eyes as it all went black.

"Ahh your back young Rosette," the vampire whispered. I was tied my arms behind my back my ankles tied together with rope.

"Why won't you leave me alone?" I begged tears escaping my eyes. "You've token away twelve years of my life why can't you let me have the rest."

"Because your mine," he growled. "I took you because we have a bond stronger then anyone on the earth. I took your blood darling your mine."

I shook my head as the memories creep back in. "No, I will never be yours. I'm Blaze's and no one else's."

He growled, "He's not yours if he's dead or your dead."

I whimpered, "He'd kill you before you killed him!" I exclaimed. "He's better then you, he loves me."

He rolled his eyes, "He has to sleep and so do you. You'll always least expect it when I come. I will take you back."

I sat up sweat covering my back as I tried to regain my breath. Blaze looked at me and cradled me to his chest.

"I thought I had lost you," he said rubbing my back. "Dot ever do that agin."

"He's coming," I whispered, "He's coming to kill me and you."

Blaze pulled back and caressed my cheek, "He's not getting me or you sweetie he's not getting either of us. I promise."

I shook my head, "He said he's coming when we least expect it. Blaze I'm scared."

He nodded and mom and dad walked in to the room. They looked at me and instantly asked what was wrong.

"I had a nightmare he said he's coming soon and he wants to kill me as Blaze."

"He's not getting you at all," dad said sitting next to me.

"Maybe we need to move," Mom said. "To keep her safe maybe a new place would throw him off."  They nodded and I curled into Blaze's chest hoping this nightmare life to change.
