Returned But Broken

~Chapter Seventeen~

I woke up alone with cramps, I groaned and sat up walking to the shower. I took a long shower the warm water making me feel ten times better. I got out and looked through my closet settling On a pair of leggings and a t-shirt. I walked to Blaze's room and saw he was still asleep. I took one of his sweatshirts his woodsy smell wrapping around me. I got under the blankets and curled up next to him. He groaned and wrapped his arms around me still asleep. I smiled feeling his warm body temperature warm me up. My cramps slowly got less and less but were still there. I played with Blazes hair as he laid asleep. I cuddled closer to him and closed my eyes.

"As much as I don't wanna get up," Blaze grumbled half asleep. "I have too, I promised I'd check the area make sure there aren't any other packs around."

"No," I whined wrapping my arms aroud him tighter.

"Sorry sweetie," he said looking down at me.

I groaned as dug my head in the crook of his neck, "Please don't leave me," I whispered.

He ran his fingers through my hair, "Don't pull that Rosette," he said. "Your trying to make me feel guilty. But I want make sure for myself there are no packs that can hurt you around here."

I groaned as he got out of bed leaving me cold. He went to the bathroom and changed walking out chuckling as he saw I was in the same position he left me in.

He sat down next to me rubbing my stomach soothingly. "Come on darling. I won't leave till I know you've ate."

I sighed and reached for him to carry me. He smiled and picked me up my legs around his waist and my head on his shoulder. He walked downstairs and to the kitchen sitting me down on the chair. Mom smiled at me as she handed us a plate of food.

"Here you go Rosette," she said kissing my head.

I smiled at her and ate, Blaze ate faster and kissed my head saying goodbye as he left for patrol. Mom sat beside me and talked with me. "So how do you like your room and everything?" She asked.

"It's good," I said sipping my milk. "I like it a lot."

She smiled, "Good, I picked out the decorations and got someone to come over and put it all together. I thought maybe a little bit of color would help you through this."

I nodded, "Thanks mom, it really helps. I think I'm gonna go lay down actually. Cramps."

She nodded knowingly and kissed my head hugging me before I got up and walked upstairs. I went to my room shutting the door behind me I took a deep breath and found some Tylenol. I took it and laid down turning on my tv flipping through shows. Nothing good was on as always.

I yawned feeling so tired, I couldn't go to sleep though I had tossed and turned and couldn't get comfortable. I groaned and sat up heading downstairs to the living room. Mary, Emily, and Mom were talking as the tv played as background noise on some tv show. I walked in and they looked at me, "Hi," I said sitting next to Mom.

"Hey Rosette how you doing?" Emily asked me smiling widely like there was something she was excited about.

"I'm doing good I guess," I said looking at her.

She smiled, "Well I have some news," she almost squealed like a little girl. "My daughter is coming to stay a week or two maybe longer."

"You mean Blaze has a sister?" I asked.

She nodded, "Her names Bella she's eighteen and super sweet."

I smiled, "Sounds fun," I said.

She smiled, "Yeah Blaze will be so happy they were always so close. But don't worry Blaze won't ignore you."

I blushed, "I wasn't worried," I said my cheeks a obvious shade of red.

The three of them laughed making me blush even more. Thankfully Blaze just then walked in but he looked angry along with my dad and his that followed behind him.

"Oh no what happened?" Mary asked.

Blaze walked up behind me and sighed, "There's another pack," he said. "let's just say they weren't so nice about sharing there land."

"Yeah but they did agree to help find the vampire. But as soon as the vampire is killed we are to leave."

I shivered and leaned back in the seat. Blaze sighed and sat his hands on my shoulder. Emily smiled and looked at Blaze. "Bella's coming," she said.

Blaze smiled, "Really!" He exclaimed happily.

"Yeah I was just telling Rosette, I can't believe you never told her you had a sister."

Blaze chuckled, "Sorry but I've had other things on my mind," he said.

I smiled and stood up, "I'm going to bed," I said yawning. 

Mom and Dad told me goodnight and Blaze followed me upstairs.  I walked into my room and laid in bed as Blaze sat next to me.  "Goodnight Baby Girl," he said and I fell asleep quickly.
