I woke up in Blaze's bed a warm blanket wrapped around me. I yawned and moved closer to his sleeping figure next to me. He chuckled and sat up slowly bringing me with him.

"Morning darling," Blaze whispered setting me in his lap.

I curled closer not wanting to leave his grasp. My wolf made a happy sound as I closed my eyes. Blaze laughed and stood up. I left to my room and got dressed, I put on a white v-neck and a grey and blue scarf with a grey jacket and skinny jeans. I brushed out my hair and slipped on a pair of flats before walking downstairs.

I greeted Mom in the kitchen and sat next to her eating my breakfast. "So sweetie we were thinking," she started and caught my attention. "And only if your up for it since you've been through so much. We were thinking of doing the pack ritual."

Of course, at fourteen ever girl or boy daughter or son of a alpha is to do the pack ritual it accepts them in to the pack. I stated quiet and the light in her eyes faded.

"Soo....?" Se questioned.

I nodded slowly, "Yeah, sure," I replied softly.

Her eyes lit back up and she started to plan.

I stood in my room looking at myself in the mirror hating how I had to be dressed up for today. A knee length dress, long sleeve and a pretty dark grey. My hair was braided to the side with a flower crown. I had small flats, I did a small twirl in hoped to make me happier. Any other girl would be delighted for this party to accept them into the pack. But me, I'm not feeling like any other girl. I'm feeling like a scared little girl, who has lost herself. Mom opened the door looking at me as she was all dolled up not a hair out if place.

"You look gorgeous darling," she said and kissed my head.

I smiled softly, "Thanks," I whispered.

She sighed, "Come on be happy sweetie it's your big day all eyes on you."

All them more reason to sneak away and hide into my room. I smiled encouragingly and smiled making her smile.

"Blaze," she called and my mate instantly showed up at the doorway.

"Yes," he said and looked at me locking eyes. He was wearing a long sleeve blue shirt and black jeans.

"I have to go make sure everything's in order, stay with her," mom said and ran out the room.

"I hate dresses," I said tugging at it as the door slammed shut.

Blaze laughed and walked closer to me, "It's okay, you look beautiful."

"I'm having second thoughts about this," I said softly looking at the floor.

He cupped my cheek, "It'll be fine have fun, this is your moment."

I wrapped my arms around his torso and laid my head, he rubbed my back slowly, "Are you ready?"

"Yeah just don't leave my side, I don't think I'm going to like all the attention."

"You've got it," he said and took my hand.
