I sat in The library of our home. Dad walked towards the person sitting at the desk and spoke in hushed tones. He finally looked up and motioned me and Blaze over Mom trailing behind.

"So you think a vampire has put some spell on young Rosette?" the guy suggested looking over at me.

He was a older guy, thick glasses on his face and wrinkly skin. Soft brown eyes that looked at me kindly.

I moved closer to Blaze, "We believe so is there anyway we can break it?" Blaze asked.

The man sighed and stood up, "There is a way, you could call it a potion of some sort. But with everything she's been through, she might get sick from it."

Blaze tensed holding me tighter, "How sick?" he asked.

The man walked over to a shelf running his fingers across the spines. "For a couple days she might not eat. Her body would be reacting to the potion."

Mom looked from Dad to Blaze then finally me. "It would help if she was able to hear all our thoughts when we shift in case something happened."

Blaze looked at me and sighed, "Let's do it."

I sat in the kitchen the pack around me as I stared at the yellow looking substance in front of me. It smelled like lemons and looked disgusting. I picked it up slowly and pressed the cold glass to my lips. I took one sip, and another, and another, till it was finally gone. I swallowed. the last sip and looked up at everyone their eyes piercing me.

"Now we wait," Dad said.

"How long?" I asked.

"A couple days at most, she will hear Blaze's thoughts first then if she shifts she'll see the others."

I groaned, "I can't wait days," I said.

Blaze laughed, "It'll be okay sweetie," he said and wrapped his arms around me.
