One night,
Jamal Murray was rubbing his 8 month pregnant belly while drinking a cup of tea. Jamal is already 36 weeks pregnant at the time Gabo was watching TV with Nikola Jokić. Yet, Gabo turned 3 couple days ago when they celebrated the birthday party at home. It was around 2:30am and Jamal wasn't able to sleep.
Nikola Jokić: Jamal, Aren't you asleep?
Jamal Murray: Well, I was supposed to be sleeping, but my unborn baby kept me up all night.
Nikola Jokić: That's funny.
Jamal Murray: What's really Ironic is that I go to bed around 3am and I wake up at 12pm. And also, I usually sleep before 9pm.
Nikola Jokić: That's a shame Jamal. What was happening with your pregnancy brain.
Jamal Murray: I don't know, it's just that I have been staying awake and I haven't notice thi-
Jamal was interrupted by Vladè calling upstairs. Vladè went to the room and saw his Half-Filipino, Serbo-Canadian brother floating out of his bed. "Mama!" "Vladè? What's going on?" Jamal heard something while sitting on the couch. "Mama! Jace floated!" Vladè shouted.
Jamal Murray: WHAT?
Nikola Jokić: Oh God! Really?
Jamal Murray: It's Jace! Let's go upstairs.
Nikola takes Gabo to the 2nd floor room as Jamal sees Jace floating. A heavily pregnant Kitchener Male, Jamal Murray rushed to Jace's bedroom. You can tell that Jamal stands at 6'4". Jamal went to the bedside trying to wake Jace up.
"Jace! Jace! Wake up! Wake up Jace! Wake up!" Jamal kneels down, trying to wake his son as quickly as possible. But it didn't work. He saw Jace's Body floating near the ceiling.
"Jace?" Jamal went to the bed and tries reaching him just to pull him down. "Jace? Can you wake up?" However, Jamal was unable to reach him. "The heck? I can't get him," He frowns. "I'm short you know that and I'm only 6'4"
Nikola Jokić: Babe, I'll get him.
Jamal Murray: Oh thank Goodness! I'm lucky to have a tall Serbian husband.
Nikola Jokić: I'm 6'10" I'll reach him.
Three tries later,
The Serbian Father Nikola Jokic tries to wake up Jace by using his Serbian language.
Nikola Jokić: Jace? Jace? Probuditi! Probuditi! Jace? (Jace? Jace? Wake up! Wake up! Jace?)
Vladè: Mama, he couldn't wake up.
Jamal Murray: Bummer! I knew this. I mean he couldn't call my name out because I never know.
Nikola Jokić: Me either.
Vladè: I had to call you guys because my brother was floating.
Jamal Murray: Oh right!
Nikola Jokić: Ne brinite, pokušaću da ga probudim. (Not to worry, I'll try waking him up.)
Vladè: Okay
Jamal and Nikola managed to do the attempt to wake their son up.
Jamal Murray: Jace? Jace? Baby? Wake up!
Jamal Murray: Jace? Hello?
Nikola Jokić: Jace, hajde! probuditi! (Jace, come on! Wake up!)
