Artemis P.O.V.
It was dark now, I was out in the woods longer than planned. The gates open to my arrival, and the first person that walks up to me is Blake.
"Where were you?" He barks. I shoot him a look and keep walking. He grabbed my arm and swung me around. "I asked you a question." I got my arm out of his grip, and frowned.
"Whats it matter to you anyway," I sneered. I turned back around and head for the drop ship. Blake follows after.
"O is gone too, so where were you?" He questioned. My eyes widened. I didn't know Octavia was going to follow me. Anxiety and regret filled my chest.
"I need to find her!" I grabbed a few knives, and grabbed a bag. Rushing out of the dropship, Blake grabbed my arm, once again. "Let go of me Blake!" I tried squirming my arm out, but his grip got tighter. "I need to go find her!" I screamed.
"No, Artemis, you are not going back out there," He said stubbornly. I rolled my eyes. I looked around at the people outside. Some were either too weak or too lazy, and then my eyes found a woman sitting on a log. She looked like someone who was worthy of my time. I pointed a finger at her.
"You!" She cocked an eyebrow at me, "What is your name?"
"Mya," She replied, and eagerly stood up.
"You and I are going to look for octavia, get a weapon and rations just in case."
She instantly went to grab supplies, and I looked back at Blake. "Let go Blake." His grip didn't budge. I sighed, brought his hand to my mouth and bit as hard as I could without him bleeding but still making it painful.
He yelped, and I quickly ran off toward the gate, and Mya caught up. Before anyone could close the gates, we ran out. Mya and I chuckled as we heard the idiot cuss out loud.
Bellamy's POV:
How the hell could she just go out there with only one other person? Not only is Octavia going to get killed, but Artemis and her new buddy is going to kill themselves. I gathered a small search group, and was heading out into the woods to look for my sister and the dumbass.
"Anyone good at tracking?" I questioned. Silence. Of course no one was a good tracker.
"Artemis is a good tracker," Monty mumbled. I turned around and glared at him.
"Well, she isn't here right now is she?" I reminded him, "We have to search for her dumbass!" Monty looked down like a sad puppy, and we continued.
A few hours passed, and we didn't make much progress. I started to get angry.
"How the hell have we been walking for hours on end, and we still haven't found anything?" I shouted. The guys looked down at the ground, scratching their heads. Murphy walked up to me.
"Maybe if you trusted Artemis, we wouldn't be out here for nothing!" He complained. I punched him in his mouth.
"We are out here to find my sister, she is the top priority, and If we find the dumbass and her pal, then we will bring them back too." I continued to walk, and they trailed closely behind.
Artemis POV:
I found O's tracks quickly, and started to follow. I could tell she was running, but from what? We followed them, until they stopped in front of a tree. I examined the bark, there was an impact. She had ran into the tree.
I shook my head, and looked at the ground. Her footprints were gone, and someone else's tracks were next to hers, leading away to who knows where.
