Bellamy POV:

I slowly opened my eyes, the latched metal on the windows were opened, and sunlight shined into the room. The fog must have lifted, and the house must have detected the acid and went on lockdown, 'smart family.' I looked down at Artemis, she was huddled up against me.

This entire bed and she decided to cuddle me in her sleep. I smiled at how peaceful she looked while she slept. I tucked her hair behind her ear, and she was a sight to look upon. I shook my head, 'no, just because she might look pretty, doesn't change who she is.' Her eyes started to open and looked up at me.

"Hi." She said groggily. Her eyes widened and looked at me, she pushed me away and got up. "This is why I didn't want to sleep with you, dammit!" She picked up her clothes and threw mine at me.

"Hey, you asked if you could after you had that crying episode," I argued.

"And you obliged, didn't you?" She scoffed, "You should have left me on the smaller bed, instead I had to wake up next to you. Now get changed," She demanded and slammed the bathroom door behind her.

We wandered the woods, trying to find everyone else. She walked in front of me, trying to stay away from me. We finally met up with Mya and the others back at the camp.

"Oh thank god you are ok!" Mya hugged Artemis. " Where were you guys?" I opened my mouth to answer, but Artemis beat me to it.

" I found a cave," She answered, "I found Blake not too long ago, what about you guys?"

I frowned. Of course, she lied about being stuck in a house with me, why would she want anyone to know she was in a house, cuddled up next to the person she hated. She hated. I shook my head again, why is that getting to me now. I sighed.

"Well we should head back in the camp, everyone should be ok," Mya explained.

"Actually-" I started, but Artemis once again butted in.

"Actually," She glared at me, " Some of us should go out hunting for food, Blake take these guys into camp, Mya and I will get food."

"But-"

"Now Blake!" I scoffed and started walking back to camp, the others followed. I looked back, and she was already gone with Mya.

Artemis POV:

"So what really happened with you and Bellamy?" Mya questioned. I hopped over a creek and looked back at her.

"What do you mean?" I cocked an eyebrow. She chuckled.

"I know you didn't meet up with him, murphy told me you two were right next to each other when you guys got separated." She smirked at me. Even though I had met her not too long ago, we had gotten along great, so it didn't surprise me if she knew I was lying, even without proof.

"Well we ended up getting separated too, and in the morning, we went out and ended up finding each other before finding you guys," I replied.

"You keep telling yourself that, though I don't like the guy either, so if he did anything to you.." She started.

"Nothing happened, and nothing could happen because he wasn't around, so-" I heard something snap, and I froze. I signaled for Mya to get down, and I slowly crouched. Footsteps grew closer and closer, and then they suddenly stopped. I looked around, trying to spot an animal or a grounder. I saw nothing.

Mya hid in a bush, and I tried to get closer to her and hide as well, but something grabbed my hair and pulled me up. I grabbed a knife from my pants and tried to stab behind me, but the other hand of the grounder grabbed my hand, blocking the knife from stabbing them. They twisted my arm, and my knife fell. Mya tried running up to the gounder, knife in hand, but another one tackled her. I kicked my foot into the grounders leg as hard as possible, and I heard a snap followed by a woman's scream in pain.
