A Love We Never Saw Happen

Chapter Eleven

Jiang heard his phone go off from across the room. He got up to get it. It was a message from a number he didn't know. He opened the message as he sat on the bed. After reading the message Jiang sat there a moment trying to get everything right in his head. He then jumped up and headed to the front door putting his shoes on. He ran out the door without telling Rose and Ming where he was going.

Rose ran to the door and started to yell for him but was stopped by Ming showing her his phone. Rose looked at the message Lian had sent him and laughed then nodded ''Then I guess the three of us will just eat together'' she said heading back to the kitchen.

Ming nodded as he followed behind her smiling ''They needed a push and Lian gave them one'' he said ''The rest is up to them.''

Jiang ran down the street almost falling as he made every turn. He stopped when he saw Lian laughing as he walked over to him. Lian shook his head and waved ''I'm off to join Rose and Ming at your place'' he said ''Try not to hurt him this time.''

Jiang nodded ''I won't'' he said then headed off again looking at his phone.

The moment he got to Kun's house he stopped. He didn't know if Kun would even let him in. Jiang shoved his phone in his pocket then walked up the steps to the front door. Just as he was about to knock the door opened. Kun stood there looking up at him. He looked as if he was about to leave. Jiang pulled the door open the rest of the way and walked in pushing Kun at the same time.

The moment the door close Jiang had Kun up against the wall holding him by his waist. Kun looked away from him ''Please let go'' he said softly.

''Not tell you say why you left'' Jiang said.

''Why would it matter to you'' Kun said trying to push him away ''Let go.''

Jiang tighten his grip on Kun and moved in closer to him ''You think you can just come in say what you will and leave just like that?''

Kun paused and looked up at him then finally shoved him hard enough to get him off ''Me? How about you who is playing with peoples emotions'' he said ''Ever since that stupid kiss I haven't been able to get you out of my head. I want it to stop.''

''Stupid kiss'' Jiang said and smirked ''If you hate it that much then say so.''

''I never said I hated it'' Kun said hitting Jiang in the chest making his back up against the other wall ''I said I want it all to stop. Cause I know well that you won't ever like me as much as you do Ming. Plus I'm straight so why must I be effected by someone like you so much?''

Jiang grabbed a hold of both Kun's arms and held on to them tightly. He pulled Kun close ''You think I was just playing with your emotions? The kiss was a joke, but I don't play with people's emotions'' he said then let Kun go and sighed putting his head down ''Look I'm truly sorry if what you are going through is my fault. I never meant for that to happen.'' He pushed Kun away softly and turned towards the door.

Kun grabbed a hold of his arm hanging his head as well ''You never answered my question from before'' he said ''Why can't the one you like be me?''

Jiang turned and looked at him placing a hand on his cheek lifting his head to look at him ''Do you even like me in that way? Can you in fact really see yourself with me like that?''

Kun looked at him but didn't say anything. He bit his lip and looked away. Jiang nodded and move his hand away from Kun's cheek then pulled his arm away ''I didn't think so'' he said ''You are just confused cause I kissed you that's all.''

''I'm not as confused as you think'' Kun said ''I meant what I said. Why can't I be the one you like? Am I not your type or do you just like Ming that much?''
