Chapter thirteen

Katherine's POV

After that incident we take Eugenia in the nurse's office. The nurse is not there so we just wait inside for the nurse to come back. If you're wondering about the asshole(Jack) he's still on the ground sleeping,I bet he will have a headache and a broken nose when he wake up. I chuckled when I imagined him freaking out about his oh so perfect nose being broken.

"What's funny?" Anna asked beside me.

"Nothing."

"She's imagining Jack freaking out about how did he get a broken nose." Shayne said and snickered softly. Anna is silent for a while and she laughed.

"That is a funny image." Eugenia said and laugh. We joined them and soon the four of us is laughing.

"Imagine him when he wake up." I cleared my throat and imitate his voice."Oh my goodness! How did I get a broken nose and I have a huge headache and why am I sleeping here!!"

"I think we should give him a pillow and a blanket." Shayne said as she laughed.

"Oh my god! Stop I can't breath!" Anna said between gasps. Shayne is holding her stomach and Eugenia is on the floor laughing. We didn't hear the nurse coming in.

"Oh my,what are you doing here? All the class are already starting." The nurse said while looking at us.

"Sorry we just need an ice pack for her." Shayne said because she's the first one to regain her composure while were still giggling like a maniac.

"Oh okay,wait here." The nurse disappeared in the back of the room and came back with the ice pack in hand.

"Anything else?" She asked. We shook our head and get out of the room. Eugenia thanked us again and left with Shayne leaving me and Anna. There is an awkward silence. I sighed and walk away to my class but I stopped when I felt a tug on my uniform sleeves. I look down at Anna.

"What?" I asked.

"Can we talk?"

"Were talking." I said and she frowned at me. I can feel she's getting frustrated but I wait for her to say what she wants.

"I just want to apologize." She said and she look at her feet.

"For what?"

"About what I said in the parking lot yesterday."

"Why?" I asked.

"Huh?"

"Why did you say those things?"

"Its because I really want freedom and I don't want to be shadowed all the time." She said as he looked at me.

"Okay." I said as I walk away again but she didn't let go. I sighed and look back at her. She's biting her lower lip.

"Am I forgiven?" She asked.

"Yes you're forgiven. Can we go to class now." I said and this time I hold her hand and drag her with me. I can't see her smile but I can feel her being happy. I smile when she entwined her fingers with mine.
