TAYNEW : FRIENDS OR.......

Chapter 5

Newwie and Tay had gone back to their old routine of work and then hang out with friends or with each other if they had the time. In all this both had forgotten about James and the awkward tension of that night which had caused them a lot of heartbreak and confusions but as they say out of sight out of mind so with the absence of James the question that he had brought forth were also absent.

It was a regular Wednesday evening for Tay, Newwie and all their friends as they had just got done with their shoot of their ongoing program School Ranger, they all decided to hang out at their usual place and just relax after a hectic full day schedule.

When Tay suddenly got a text from an unknown number, which surprised newwie because Tay in general was a very shy person and doesn't like doling out his number to other, he would usually even tell newwie to not give anyone his contact number if they were not his friend so that why newwie wanted to know who this unknown number was. But Tay just brushed him off saying that it was no one.

When Tay saw a text from a unknown number he thought to see who might have texted him as could be something important.

Unknown No: hey Tay, James here couldn't contact you before was a bit busy, hope you still remember me????

Tay seriously couldn't remember who was James and hence decided to check the profile picture, when he saw James faces the memory of James came back to him but with James's memory the memory of night was also back again and so were the questions and the confusion. And just at that moment new had asked him who was the text from and in guilt he had just brushed new off.

Tay didn't know why he was feeling guilty but when he saw new he felt it would be better if he didn't tell him who had texted him and as a courtesy he replied to James message

T: I do remember you James

J: thank god for that I thought that you really might have forgotten me, so....can we meet on Friday as I am quite bored and I really don't know anyone here.

T: I am sort of busy this Friday as I have shoot this whole week

J: so Saturday????

T: I have shooting in the morning

J: what about the evening please go out with me if you are free I am dying of boredom

T: okay but I was thinking about watching a movie and just chilling at home

J: no problem we can hang out at any of our places you decide the movie I will arrange the dinner what say???

T: okay we can meet at my place as I would be very tired after my shoot to travel anywhere

J: no problem, so see you on Friday.

Time flew by quite quickly and it was already Saturday Tay had just finished his morning shoot when he met newwie and others.

Gun: P'Tay lets go out for some drinks

T: Nong sorry na I already have plans

When Newwie heard this he questioned Tay

N: we were supposed to go out today??

T: actually I am going out with my friend

N: who are you going out with all your friends are here

T: you don't know that friend I just met him recently (at this new got suspicious)

N: who is this friend Tay????

T: James

N: James who????

T: the guy that we met at the bar

N: (with anger) you are not going to meet that bastard Tay and that's final

T: but.....

N: no means no

T: (with anger) why cant I go have I ever stoped you from going out or meeting anyone huh have I ever stopped you from meeting those girls that you go to meet

N: (with a raised voice) you are comparing that bastard with my dates OHH NOW I SEE YOU LIKE THAT WUSS DON'T YOU

T: YOU HAVE GONE MAD

Because of the loud chaos that both of them were creating the whole group Off, P'Jenny and Oab had come out to see what was the commotion

T: I DON'T LIKE HIM IN THAT WAY

OFF: New and Tay both of you just calm down

N: no off ask him he likes him right

T: (looking at off) no I really don't

N: then prove it don't go out with him..............
