The last thing Lauren expected on her day off from college was to be woken up by repeated knocking on her front door at 9am. And, what's more, she didn't expect Camila to be the person behind said knocking, holding a paper bag in her left hand. Regardless, seeing her girlfriend's immediate upon taking her in, Lauren couldn't help but smile back.

"Hi, hermosa." Camila greeted, stepping forward to peck her lips softly. Apparently, the brunette wasn't fazed by the fact Lauren had clearly just stumbled out of bed and likely had morning breath. (Her hopelessly messy hair and barely-opened eyes made that much clear.) "I brought breakfast." She announced, waving the paper bag slightly.

Lauren frowned, "You didn't have to do that. I didn't even realise you were coming over." She trailed off, a small pout spreading across her face. "We hadn't made any plans for today...right?"

Shaking her head, Camila walked inside, allowing Lauren to close the door behind her. "Nope," she confirmed, "I had a day off today and woke up feeling like I wanted to spoil my girl, so, here I am."

Lauren blushed lightly, pink dusting her cheeks. "Thank you, Camz." She murmured gratefully, her head tilting downwards to try and hide her blush from Camila. Then, she yawned, her body's way of reminding her that she should still be sleeping right about now.

Camila laughed at the yawn, and arched her brow, wondering, "You still tired? Because you can totally go back to sleep if you want. I know college and work was kicking your ass this week, I can just leave this food in the kitchen and then leave you to get some more rest."

Although she deeply appreciated the younger girl's concern, Lauren shook her head slightly. "I'm sleepy but you don't have to leave. We can bring the breakfast upstairs and eat in my room and watch Netflix or something." She offered, watching Camila giving it proper thought; she wanted Lauren to sleep some more but also wanted to spend time with her girlfriend. Almost as if she could read Camila's thoughts, Lauren pouted again, "please stay?"

Easily, Camila's resistance broke down simply at the sight of how adorable Lauren was, all pouty and puppy-dog-eyed. Sighing, she motioned for Lauren to lead her upstairs. "After you, baby girl."

Grinning, Lauren practically bounded passed the brunette and up the stairs. Chuckling to herself, Camila closed the front door behind her and marched up the stairwell, too.

By the time she arrived at the doorway to Lauren's room, the girl in question was already getting comfortable in her bed again. She looked absolutely precious, bundled up in her sheets, Nala under her arm, half-asleep.

"Come cuddle." Lauren demanded, making little grabby hands from where she was situated. And, like the whipped woman she was, Camila complied.

Before sliding into bed with the taller girl, Camila carefully handed Lauren her laptop and set the paper bag onto the bed. Once she was comfortable, Camila retrieved the bag (which Lauren finally realised was from McDonald's) and started getting the food out of it, using the bag as a makeshift tray.

"You're so good to me," Lauren admitted sheepishly, unable to tear her eyes away from Camila. "Thank you, thank you, thank you." She added childishly, leaning over to repeatedly kiss Camila's cheek, causing the Cuban-Mexican to laugh gleefully.

"Anytime," she brushed off, not thinking of it as a big deal. Camila then looked at the food in her lap, the gears turning in her head. "Pick a show and I'll feed you in the meantime." She decided, today was going to be all about spoiling Lauren.

Instantly, the green-eyed girl began to protest but Camila silenced her by bringing a hash brown up to Lauren's lips. She hesitated before opening up, allowing Camila to feed her.
