Before the dance YuQi and I went to go have a girls day and make everything fun. We got our nails done, facials, and ate a good lunch. Everything was so good and YuQi seemed so happy. At the end of the day YuQi went over to my house so we could binge watch some movies. First we got distracted by my Wii and played just dance for 2 hours, and let me tell you that girl was good at dancing, and then when we were tired I made us popcorn and we laid on the couch in my upstairs living room and watched Mean girls, Finding Nemo, Toy story 1 and 2, and halfway through Toy story 2 YuQi fell asleep. She was tired to I covered her with a blanket and let her sleep. I went to my room and lie down on my bed staring at my ceiling. This year has actually been pretty enjoyable with YuQi around. She is definitely more lively and kind than my other friends. But there was something I felt around YuQi that I normally don't feel around my other friends. YuQi makes me so happy and giddy inside and she is so sweet I just want to wrap her up in a little burrito and hold her all day.
The more and more I thought about it the more I began to realized... I have a crush on YuQi! How did I not realize it before!!! I don't hang out with my other friends as much to always spend time with her. She makes me really happy and makes me wanna change to be a better person. My mom probably caught onto my feelings before I did and that's probably why she lets me hang out with YuQi so much and is always baking food for me to take to her. Oh god, what do I do now?? Tomorrow is the winter dance. YuQi is my "date" as friends of course. It is eating me up inside, I want to know if she feels the same. That's it! Tomorrow at the dance I'll tell her how I feel!
