[HANNA]

Hanna and Heather had left the Shoppe after awhile, though Helia said she would see them later. The two strolled through town as the shoppe's began to open for the morning rush. Hanna hadn't realized how long she'd been at the Shoppe and she didn't seem bothered that her father would have a fit when she returned home.

The two got coffee from the Slop Shop, neither thinking that they would be sleeping anyway. Hanna stole an old scone as they walked out, the goblins yelling after them as they left. Hanna split the scone in half and took one for herself and gave the other to Heather.

"Hey guys." Helia said as she jogged up to them. "What's up?"

"Hi coward." Heather said. "Nothing much. Here."

Heather handed him her empty coffee cup which he dropped onto the floor, crushing it with his heel.

"I got you good didn't I?" Heather chuckled, flipping her hair over her shoulder.

"Fuck you." HJ said which caused Heather to laugh harder.

"Here." Hanna said, handing him her half full coffee cup. HJ took a sip of it, draining the cup. He tossed that cup

"Some people actually do give you things and mean it." Helia said. Heather pursed her lips together.

"I was just joking." Heather said. "Don't take it fucking seriously."

"Shut up both of you." Hanna said as they stopped in their tracks. "Isn't that the weird witch lady Sam talks to?"

"Yes." Heather said. "She is the Enchantress."

"Why's she motioning for us to come closer?" Hanna asked as HJ and Helia and Heather followed her gaze.

"I have no idea." Heather said. "Let's go find out."

Hanna and Heather approaches the woman, standing in front of her. She didn't say anything waiting patiently for something to happen. She motioned again, having caught sight of Helia.

"What does this old hag want?" Helia muttered, causing the Enchantress to wrinkle her nose.

"You insolent brats." She said. "Respect your elders! It's not that hard."

"What do you want though?" Hanna asked less harshly than Helia had.

"Well I'm glad you asked Hanna." She said, picking up a crate of apples.

"You want to sell us apples?" Heather said. "We don't want any. We have enough."

"No." She said, picking up a yellow apple. "Each if you take a bite."

"Why would we do that?" Helia said. "What if you're trying to poison us?"

"I would never." The Enchantress said. "Sam would kill me. Now take a bite. Your brother has already done it and he's fine."

"He what?!" Heather said. "When did he have time to do that?"

"It isn't important." She said. "Take a bite my darlings."

"I don't think I want to." Hanna said. "No offense lady but I don't exactly trust you."

That went for a lot of people but Hanna didn't want to specify that. Half the people here weren't trustworthy and the others pretended not to be. She didn't want to trust this woman. She could've been lying about seeing HJ to persuade them.

It seemed Helia and Heather thought the same, each being cautious about whether or not to trust the witch. She had been the one to curse Beast and somehow was capable of using magic even though it was limited. The witches at the Witch School envied her, wondering her secret. Heather had told her that much about her mother, Winifred Sanderson.

"I don't trust you." Heather said with finality. "I don't care if my brother did, I won't."

"I was afraid you'd say that." The Enchantress said with a sigh. "Why would I harm you? What would I benefit from it?"

"I don't know." Helia said. "Most people don't care about it and harm for no reason. Why wouldn't you?"

"It's just long to tell you something one of your friends doesn't want to tell you." The Enchantress said. "I suppose you want to know."

"I'll try it." Chelsea voiced, appearing out of thin air. She took the apple and but into it, shuddering but remaining calm. She blinked as images flashed in her mind, a gasp escaping her lips. "Ooh tea has been spilt. Quinn would love that."

"I told Quinn already." The Enchantress said.

"That's why she was being so weird yesterday." Chelsea said. "I knew she wouldn't drop something like that with no reason."

"What is it?" Helia muttered impatiently. "Tell me."

"Eat the apple and you shall find out."

"I'll pass." Helia said. "Heather you want to try it?"

"Sure." Heather grumbled. "If HJ did and Chelsea's fine as far as I can see, then I'll try it."

Heather hesitantly brought the apple to her lips, biting into it and watching it regenerate itself.

"What the fuck?" Helia muttered as she had witnessed that. "How are you doing that?"

"A secret." The Enchantress said. "Try it Helia, Hanna."

"I'll try it if you will." Hanna said. Helia huffed and relented. Hanna bit into the apple, handing it to Helia who bit into it.

She shuddered as images flashed in front of her eyes. A conversation between Sam and the Enchantress, Sam felling the Enchantress to tell no one, yet here she was doing just that. The Enchantress did a reading on her, handing her the card with her answer. Sam flipped it over and pursed her lips together, not knowing what to say.

"I thought you were kidding the first time." Sam said, though Hanna still didn't see what she saw. "But you weren't."

"You'll be fine Samantha." She assured. "I know you will."

"But I can't do this alone." Sam muttered. "He left me."

"He'll come back." The Enchantress assured. "Show me the card."

Sam nudged the card over as it was revealed to Hanna. Gemini. The sign for twins.

"Beautiful darling." The Enchantress said. "You should tell someone."

"When I'm ready." Sam said.

Hanna was sucked out of her trance. She shook her head

"Still don't know how you did that." Helia said. "And that was such a Sam thing to do."

"We all saw the same thing right?" Heather asked as the Enchantress nodded.

"Yes you did." She said. "What do you make of it?"

"Guess she wasn't ready." Hanna said. "That's what I make of it,"

"I want you all to look out for her." The Enchantress said. "Because she won't do it herself."

"We will." Helia said. "Thanks old hag. We'll be on our way now."

"Why you little—." The Enchantress called as Helia, Heather and Hanna escaped her heckling.
