"What did he do to you Kasandra? Tell me!" Brandon demanded as he shook me like a rag doll. His grip got tighter and I started to cry. Brandon had never hurt me like this before.
"Brandon... please let go, you're hurting me." I pleaded, trying to pry his finger off.
"NO! What did he do to you Kasandra?! Tell me!!" he screeched at me shaking me even harder, to the the point I was seeing spots. A hand shot out and grabs Brandon's' wrist, forcing him to stop.
"Let go of her if you value your worthless life."Logan demanded.
"No, not until you tell me what you did to make her cry. She should never cry, ever, and you made her." Brandon shot a him, voice dripping with venom.
"Just look at what you're doing. She is terrified of you, and you have hurt her so much she is crying. And you don't even give a shit. Now let her go." Logan demanded. Brandon realized what he was doing and let go of me. My legs gave out from under me and my head rebounded off the pavement, temporaraly dazing me. Logan picked me up bridal style and walked back to his truck.
"I'm so sorry Kasandra, I didn't mean ...." Brandon started to plead.
"Leave her alone. She doesn't need to forgive an ass hole like you. I'm getting her out of her, with or without her consent." Logan said as he placed me in the passenger seat. My body wouldn't move except for my lung rattling sobs. "Hold on Kasandra. I'll be right back." Logan whispered to me. He closed my door and grabbed Brandon by the arm, dragging him inside. My body decided to move and I curled up in a ball and cried harder. I don't know how long I was alone, but it seemed like a life time till I heard my door open. Logan wrapped his arms around me and caressed my hair. I grabbed his shirt and continued crying.
"Shhhh, you're safe. I'm not going anywhere, calm." he whispered.
