Kyo - Just an OC.

Additional Quirks.

(Adds these here because I'm forgetful.)

>She hates water.

She can't swim so this is kind of a given but she also hates being splashed, flicked or sprayed.

If she's splashed when writing, she'll check her ink first and if it's running due to the water, she'll be immensely pissed.

>She's low-key protective of her father.

Mihawk has made it abundantly clear that he'll have swordsmen trying to surpass him and one day it may lead to his death - therefore when Kyo runs into hopeful swordsmen who wish to challenge her father, she can be cold toward them.

>Will get annoyed with inanimate objects.

Often grunts at stationary, telling it to move/get out of the way before swatting it aside. 

This has amused many people.

As well as annoy them - especially Mihawk and Law when she starts batting stuff around. 

>Often wears a hood and never shows off her back.

She wears a hood for both comfort and to go (mostly) unnoticed by others.

Doesn't show off her back because it's covered in scars from her childhood.

>Jingles when she walks.

This is courtesy of her dagger, it has a cross pendant attached to the tip of the hilt.

Of course, if she needs/wishes to be quiet, she'll take a grip on the pendant and pin it to the daggers handle to silence it.

>She loves baths despite hating water.

She claims they help her keep a clear mind.

But she doesn't like shared baths and will refuse to get naked (or even semi-naked)  around other people.

>Can come off as ominous upon first meeting.

Due to dressing darkly, seeming somewhat distant and guarded, she can appear cold and perhaps threatening. 

Of course, this persona is to keep herself protected and is somewhat built up of little quirks that she had picked up from Mihawk as a kid.

>Is rather curious but tries to be subtle about it.

She doesn't like to get into peoples business and ask who, what, when, where and why but she does like to be well-informed.

This will often lead to her studying people and seemingly staring at them - mostly creeping them out in the process.

Or digging up information on them in more traditional methods.

>Has a soft spot for animals.

She finds herself being drawn to animals and will, on occasion, speak to them as if they're human, mainly when she's pondering her thoughts.

>Refers to Law as "Trafalgar" when she's mad at him.

Just to put emphasis on the fact that she's unhappy with him and 100% not his friend right now.

>Will always try to stifle her laughs.

Will often do this by ducking under her hood.

If she's not wearing her hood, she'll still duck her head anyway (out of habit) and cover her mouth.

>Will only laugh out loud when somebody gets hurt.

It's her kryptonite. 

So long as it's nothing deadly happening to somebody she cares about.

The more stupid injuries especially will always have her cackling.

"Pwahahaha!"

>Has been punched in the gut by Luffy.

Her own fault, really.

Boy asked if she's made from blood - meaning to find out if she's a Logia type devil fruit user.

Instead of simply answering no, she said; "Well, technically everybody is somewhat made--" Didn't get to finish the sentence because she already had the raven's fist buried into her stomach. 

She was very pained and about ready to slice him to pieces.

Nami scolded him for his actions.

In his defence, her smart-ass response had him thinking she could turn into blood and easily dodge it.

She's paramecia by the way.

>Often wears crosses and likes skull-themed decoration.

There was no hope for her, she was raised by the Goth King, after all.

>Spends a lot of her time leaning.

Leaning against walls.

Leaning across tables.

Leaning back on chairs.

Leaning on bars.

Leaning over the deck's railings.

Even when she's not leaning...she's leaning.

>Nocturnal.

Has insomnia and uses the nighttime to take notes on the islands she has visited, daydream or speak to whoever is on watch.

>Don't touch her back.

Just don't touch it.

>Will claim she doesn't sing or dance.

Proceeds to do these exact things when she comes into contact with Shanks.

>Is a short-ass.

She's 5'2".

Forever struggling to reach things from shelves.

Will often go ninja-mode and climb up on counters and such to reach whatever it is she wants.

Used to get scolded by Mihawk for climbing on his bookshelves.

>Often wears her hair up.

But if she's not wearing a hood, she'll usually have it down.

Mainly because she's used to the hood-like warmth on her neck so her hair serves as a replacement. 

>Can be mischievous.

So long as it amuses her.
If she parted badly with a former friend, when asked about that friend, she will claim they died in various ways.
"Tripped and fell on a knife."
"Went bungee jumping, rope snapped."
"Eaten by a shark."

>Will come and go as she pleases.

Randonly disappears and reappears, will travel with other pirates she's friendly with but will often depart without warning.

>Will play with her fingers when she's thoughtful or nervous.

When thoughtful she will calmly play with her fingers, seemingly massaging them.

When nervous/stressed she will twist the ring on her finger, pouting as always.
