She walked into the dark room, closing the large Victorian era door behind her. The spruce, four poster bed lay in the center of the room, and a large mirror was placed on the wall.
The girl threw her shoes into a corner and went to sit at the large vanity inhabiting the corner of the room.
She grabbed a makeup wipe and began removing her makeup.
She threw away the used makeup wipe, as a knock from the door alerted her of a humans presence.
"Lady Hannah." A small voice came from the door.
"Come in." The inhuman girl said, her voice echoing around the large dark room.
"My lady, your mother asks when you will be down for supper." The young human kept her head down and her voice hushed.
"I will be there soon. Tell my mother I'm just taking off my makeup." The young human nodded and hurriedly walked out of the room.
"Pfft, silly humans." The girl said, as she finished wiping off her makeup. She threw the final makeup wipe away, and looked back into the mirror. She sighed as she looked at the empty mirror, no reflection except for the clothes she wore.
The girl left the room and walked her way through the dark mansion as she had many times before, for the last 1000 years. Making her way to the dining room where both her mother and father were already eating.
"So sorry darling, we had to start without you. Our meal this evening was quite restless and we really didn't appreciate the hassle they were giving us." The girls inhuman mother smiled, red staining her teeth and smeared across her mouth.
"Oh it's okay. As long as you saved me some." The girl took a seat next to her father, and he smiled a wide smile, his sharp canines glistening in the candlelight.
"Of course our dear daughter. Here, we saved you a whole arm." He grinned devilishly as he handed her the severed limb.
The girl smiled as she dug in to her meal, the servants and household staff in the room looking away from the sight.
"Hannah sibly, manners please." Her mother scolding her after she wiped her mouth with her hand.
"Of course mother." The girl took her napkin and wiped her mouth using the cloth instead. She smiled, blood staining her lips, as she continued her meal.
The only natural enemy to werewolves, long thought to have been completely annihilated during the Great 200 year war, vampires, still existed.
