Walking into school today was very awkward. People who normally ignored me were continuously staring.

I even had someone walk by me twice to get a good look. Girls were pointing and boys were smirking, as if I were some animal in a zoo.

Keeping my head down, I walked to my locker, hoping no one would talk to me.

I picked up my math and psychology notebooks, and closed my locker door. Turning around, I ran into Lillian. She was grinning from ear to ear and had a devious look in her eye.

"I cannot believe it." She grabbed my hands in hers and ran to the bathroom, while I trailed along behind.

"Tell me! Were you surprised! Do you have any clue who it might be!" She pulled me into the handicapped stall of the bathroom and cornered me with a crazy grin, while she gripped my shoulders.

"Shit man, calm down." I removed her hands from my shoulders and released the tension in my back. "The alpha and beta from Scarlet Fire Pack are coming tomorrow, so maybe it's one of the warriors accompanying them. I don't know." I honestly replied.

"What if Beta Eren is your mate!" She squealed, jumping up and down slightly while gripping my hands.

"He's not." I attempted to pull my hands away, but her iron grip wouldn't budge.

"He's unmated and gorgeous. I betcha he is!" Rolling my eyes, I dragged her out of the bathroom and into the hallway, heading towards Math class.

All the while, she continued rambling on and on about Beta Eren.

I had met Beta Eren once before when I was younger. He was very nice, but tended to lose his temper quickly.

He was also very passionate about ridding our region of any rouge organizations. He hate rouges for killing his mother when he was little.

I could tell right away, he wasn't my mate.

So I just listened to Lillian continue her bantering, as I ignored the stares and the murmurs like I do everyday.

I walked into the classroom and took my regular seat in the back next to Lillian.

Pulling out my notebook, I began doodling idly on a random sheet. I wasn't in the least bit concerned about what the teacher was saying until I suddenly heard my name called.

"Yes!" I shot up from my seat to see who called my name. I looked over to my teacher and saw a frown planted on his face.

"Ms.Dawn, please tell us the answer to number 12. I hope you've been paying attention." His arms were crossed and he was tapping his left foot quite fiercely.

"Umm... could it be the Pythagorean theorem?" I looked down at my paper praying to find the answer, but all I could see were doodles of a faceless man holding me in his arms.

"That is correct. You may have been lucky now, but please pay attention in the future." He said, turning back to the class and continuing his lesson.

I fell back into my seat and sighed. Today was going to be a long day.

The final bell had rung, well the final bell for me. It was the lunch bell for seniors.

I walked to my locker and began putting my books back in when suddenly, my locker slammed shut.

I jumped and turned to look at the person behind me.
