Chapter 3

Everything was very fuzzy. Voices could be heard in the distance but I didn't pay attention to them.

All that I was concentrating on were the warm sparks I could feel rushing through my body, as I curled up closer to the person holding me.

Strong arms wrapped tighter around my waist, as a soft hand came and brushed a few strands of hair away from my face.

"Beautiful love, wake up my beauty." A deep but gentle voice rang through my ears, as I slowly lifted my head and opened my eyes.

"Hello there love." The most gorgeous man said, as I looked up into his steel eyes. His tanned skin glowed in the soft light, his black hair draped over his head in an undercut.

(And YES! I am obsessed with Levi Ackerman so he is the inspiration for this character. He's taller, tanner and much more nicer than Levi from AOT, imma try to find someone who kinda looks like Levi, but you know, real. Fuk all the haters.)

His full lips formed a smile and his pearly white teeth became visible. I blushed as I looked around and noticed I was sitting on his lap, in the meeting room of the pack house, and everyone's eyes were on us.

I looked back up at the man holding me, and I whispered to only him "Everyone's watching us."

"So? They can watch all they like. I've found you and I'm not letting go. So maybe you should go back to sleep, this is Alpha and Beta business." He gave me a chaste kiss on the forehead and I nodded.

I curled back up into his lap and closed my eyes, attempting to fall asleep.

Keyword, attempting. I kept my eyes closed and just rested myself, but I listened in to the conversation.

"So... it seems that Alpha Levi has found his mate." Alpha Gabriel started the conversation again, Levi's grip on my waist tightened and he hummed in response.

"Alpha Levi, I know that I'm just a Beta. But may I please demand something of you." My fathers voice came from somewhere in the room, and I felt Levi's muscles tense.

"May I ask what right you have to demand something of me?" I shivered as my mates smooth voice resounded through the room.

"The young lady in your arms is my daughter."

"Oh." I could feel Levi tense even more, realizing that he was already meeting my father. I contained a giggle and smiled slightly.

"Then what is it you wish to demand." Levi continued to hold my waist, but he lifted me up a little so that one of his arms was around my back and the other secured around my waist.

"Let my daughter continue her education." I felt the room tense slightly, and a small growl came from Levi's chest, making it vibrate.

"I'm not saying that she can't go with you to your pack. I know the feeling of never wanting to leave your mates side, and being in two different packs would be immensely difficult. But please, allow her to finish her schooling, and if she wishes, let her go to college. I know I can't make you do anything, but I know that Dawn has always wanted to go to college. Please let that be an open option for her." My father spoke from his heart, and I almost started crying from how sad I was feeling. I didn't want to leave my daddy just yet, but I'm still so happy that my mate has finally found me.

"I'll let Dawn finish her high school education, but we'll cross the bridge regarding college later." Levi replied, still holding me tight.

"Thank you. Oh one more thing," my fathers presence suddenly became very deadly and I could hear Levi gulp " if you hurt my baby, I'll kill you."
