"Hermione, would your mother approve of your...attire?" Hermione's Nanny, Lydia, questioned. Hermione shrugged. Yeah, she was wearing faded jeans and a t-shirt, not to mention her converses were not matching, but she really couldn't care less. And no, her mother would not approve. Not like that would matter, she only saw her mother every few months.
"No, but she's not here, is she?" Hermione pointed out. Lydia sighed, she'd been watching Hermione ever since she could remember, but could never get her to listen.
"No, I suppose not." Lydia pursed her lips.
"And you're not going to tell her." Hermione grinned as she slung her bag over her shoulders.
"Aren't girls supposed to wear pretty dresses and decorate their hair with pink bows?" Lydia asked, Hermione snorted.
"Yeah, rich girls." Hermione rolled her eyes. Hermione would not be caught dead in a girly dress and harbors, everyone knew that. She even wore jeans with her dress graduating from middle school.
"But you are rich" Lydia pointed out.
"Yeah, whatever." Hermione muttered.
"Did you finish your homework?" Lydia asked.
"Obviously not."
"Hermione, you're 16. You need better work habits." Lydia muttered.
"You don't need work habits for sports." Hermione retorted.
"Alright, well do you know where my necklace is?" Lydia asked, already knowing that Hermione stashed it in her bag. Hermione sighed, and handed Lydia her necklace. "You are dismissed, now off to school, you're going to be late!"

"I can't believe I did that." Clary muttered to Thalia for the millionth time that day. "He's going to hate me."
"I don't think he knows you told me..." Thalia muttered, not really listening to Clary anyways.
"You seemed pretty angry at him." Clary muttered
"I am"
Nico di Angelo, was on the other side of the room, and Thalia hadn't talked to him since the kiss. She wasn't sure why, but he looked more distant than ever. He wouldn't even look her in the eye. Maybe he knew that Thalia was a hunter, and that's why he was keeping his distance. Thalia knew she could no longer be a hunter, now that she lost her virginity. It wasn't even special. It hurt, and it was gross. Just the thought made Thalia want to vomit. Greg wasn't even good looking.
"Is there a Hermione in this class?" Thalia asked Clary.
"No, I don't think so, why?"
"I have to pay for the extra toppings on her pizza"

"WHY ARE MORTALS SO HORRIBLE?" Makaria roared in frustration. It was the first time Hades heard his daughter yell, so needless to say, he was shocked.
"Makaria, lower your voice." Hades told his daughter.
"I WILL LOWER MY VOICE WHEN MORTALS STOP BEING ANNOYING!" Makaria snapped back.
"That may never happen." Hera retorted.
"EXACTLY!"
"You can't just yell forever." Apollo pointed out.
"WATCH ME."
"Trust me, I am always watching pretty girls." Apollo winked, earning a kick from Artemis.
"Apollo! She might take the oath of maidenhood!" Artemis snapped.
"No she won't! She just needs to find the one!" Aphrodite said dreamily.
"Here's the 'one'" Artemis retorted, stuck in up her middle finger at Aphrodite, who gasped dramatically.
"How dare you!" Aphrodite cried.
"I dared!" Artemis retorted.
"GIRLS." Zeus boomed, shutting up Artemis and Aphrodite.
"WHY IS THERE A DEAD FISH ON MY BED!" Poseidon yelled from his room. "THE POOR LITTLE FISHY!"
"IT WAS PROBABLY ARES!" Athena called back.
"HOW DARE YOU ACCUSE ME!" Ares looked offended.
"OF COURSE IT WAS YOU!"
"HOW COULD YOU MURDER SUCH A SWEET INNOCENT FISH" Poseidon cried in agony.
"YOU HAVE NO PROOF!" Ares snapped.
"YOU SMELL LIKE FISH GUTS!" Athena retorted.
"THE POOR FISH GUTS!" Poseidon moaned.
"OH FOR GODS SAKE GET A HOLD OF YOURSELF!" Hades yelled in annoyance.
"HERMES, WHY WAS TRAVIS KISSING KATIE'S CHEEK TODAY!?" Demeter entered the room, ignoring everybody's bickering.
"BECAUSE THEY'RE DATING." Hermes retorted, getting real tired of Demeter's shit lately.
"I DON'T APPROVE!"
"TOO BAD"
"STUPID SOULS!" Makaria cursed.
"COME BACK TO ME FISHYYYY!"
"POSEIDON, SHUT UP ALREADY"
"IT WASN'T ME"
"THEN WHY IS THERE FISH BLOOD ON YOUR SHIRT?"
"APHRODITE YOU BITCH!"
"ARTEMIS GET OFF OF ME!"
"DON'T HURT MY LITTLE SISTER!"
"SHE'S NOT EVEN HURTING ME"
"YOU'RE SON IS ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD."
"GET OVER IT ALREADY."
As the gods and goddess continued to scream at each other, Zeus just stood there, eyes wide, not moving one bit.
This is what he has to deal with. Everyday.
