Chapter 15:The invasion

Lionstar sat in the clearing and Cherryfall burst through the thorn tunnel with her patrol.

"Lionstar Shadowclan moved their scent mark they want back the territory we took!" Surprised he replied

"Well I'll lead a patrol to the Shadowclan camp and I'll talk to him, Jayfeather and Echosong I need you to collect herbs we might have a battle in our paws... Dovewing Sharpclaw Hazeltail, and Silverpaw we are going to Shadowclan territory now!" With that he ran out of the camp with his patrol. Getting closer to Shadowclan he noticed that their scent has gotten stronger with a flick of his tail he ordered his patrol to stop

"There's a patrol coming." Four cats padded towards the border.

"What are you doing in Shadowclan Territory?" Hissed Smokefoot

"This is Thunderclan territory and I need to speak with Blackstar." Before he could speak Rowanclaw answered

"Ok follow us." The cats crossed the border and Dovewing padded close to Lionstar

"Can you hear anything Dovewing?" Her ears twitched and she closed her eyes

"Blackstar is in his den with Littlecloud."

The cats arrived at Shadowclan camp and Rowanclaw went to fetch Blackstar the white Tom padded out of his den

"Hello Lionstar."

"Blackstar care to explain you changing the scent line." He said calmly

"Oh that well I'm just marking Shadowclan territory."

"That's Thunderclan territory and you know that."

"Well Lionstar leaf-bare is coming and we need all the prey we can get."

"It looks as if you don't understand what I'm saying, Thunderclan has grown immensely and we need more prey to feed the clan."

"Ok Lionstar but that is Shadowclan territory has been and always will be." He growled

"If your not willing to give it back peacefully we shall fight for it tomorrow, your clan needs to learn your place!" He growled he started to pad out of camp and stopped

"What a shame Blackstar history is repeating it self." With that his patrol left Shadowclan camp and headed towards his territory.

The patrol returned and Lionstar padded to the highledge

"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the highledge for a clan meeting." He yowled, his clan gathered under the highledge and he started

"You all probably heard but if you didn't Shadowclan has changed the scent marks and they have taken back the land Firestar got back from Shadowclan, but our clan needs the land more than them we have more mouths to feed... Whitewing I want you to lead a hunting patrol since your an experienced warrior I hope you don't cause a fight with the other clan take Ivypool, Leafdapple and Firepaw hunt in our Territory, Spiderleg take Bumblestripe Blossomfall Sparrowpelt and their apprentices teach them tree fighting and Birchfall you can lead and patrol to Windclan... Every one is taking turns training with Spiderleg, Dovewing I would like to see you in my den." With that the patrols set out and he headed into his den with Dovewing

"I want you to keep you ears alert if I know Blackstar he's probably going to attack the camp, I also want to organize and ambush I'm going to take Sandstorm Hazeltail Cherryfall Lilystorm Poppyfrost Sorreltail Mousewhisker Silverpaw Ivypool Firepaw Rockfall Tinyleaf and Mintclaw we will fight them head on , the ambush is going to happen in the forest since they shrinked our territory close to the forest I want cats on the trees to drop down on them but I'm not leaving the camp ungraded you'll lead the cats on the trees with Spiderleg Sparrowpelt Blossomfall and Graypaw Forestpaw and I want you to take Silverpaw instead she's a good climber... You'll wait for the signal and jump down I want you to take those cats and practice." She nodded and padded away he padded out and grabbed a crow from the fresh-kill pile and sat next to Daisy.
