Gathering

We walked up to the table, of course with my brother helping me. The first person to greet us was Yamaguchi, he already knows my brother, he is my childhood friend after all.

"Tsukiiiiiii!"

"Stop it Yamaguchi."

"Ah. Sorry."

"Whatever, who else is here?"

"The whole team isn't here, same goes for Nekoma. Oh but there's Bokuto and Akaashi."

"Is Ku- Ah. Nevermind."

Yamaguchi seemed suspicious of me. He doesn't need to know, i would find out myself. No one was saying anything which made me feel awkward as much as i already was but this is natural. The Nekoma team didn't know i was a lot more visually impaired since i last met them and my team knew but they weren't used to it. So i decided to talk first.

"Hey.."

They were nice enough to say hi back and in the midst of those greetings, i heard Kuroo's voice. Great. He was here.

K=Kuroo

B=Bokuto

After everyone quieted down, they all introduced themselves, so did Kuroo. He stuttered and everyone made fun of him. Kuroo, is described as confident. His ego is as high as the sky. So when he stuttered, everyone (except for Tsukishima) looked at him, at first quiet, then laughs. Kenma just sighed.

S: "So Tsukishima, what have you been up to?"

T: "I don't know, not seeing things i guess." i shrugged.

Silence

Y: "Ehh, umm, how about you Akiteru?"

A: "Well it's weird having to take care of my brother again."

K: "Again? What do you mean?"

A: "Actually-"

T: "Our parents were always working and nii-chan had to take care of me. Well that's before my nii-chan moved out."

K: "Ah...sorry."

A: "It's fine. Kei, don't do that."

T: "Yes yes, nii-chan."

Our conversations weren't long after that. Everyone seemed to be enjoying the food a lot more. Somehow people started ordering beer, i tried to stop my brother from getting even a sip, he's a lightweight and he's the one taking me home. But that didn't stop Bokuto from going crazy and forcing my brother to drink.

B: "Come on just a sip."

Ak: "No thank you! Please drink it yourself, i still have to drive back home."

B: "Come onnnnn.."

As you can probably imagine, he made my brother drink. How did i know?

Ak: "Please no- ugh?!"

B: "Ayyee, he drank it!! Woooo!"

T: "Ah?! Nii-chan, you idiot!"

Ha...great. Now what am i going to do to? First of all, i don't have the capacity nor ability to carry someone home. I'm already disabled enough. Who do i ask. Should i just ask everybody and hope someone can actually help me..? Well i have no other choices.

"Um..."

Silence

Good, they heard me.

"So i was wondering if any of you guys can take my brother and i home. As you can clearly see, which i can't, my brother is drunk, i'm more than half blind and i don't know how to get home. If any of you guys are willing to take us home, it would be very appreciated."

Y: "I would but i walked here and i'm not strong enough to carry your brother. Anyone else here can do so?"

It seemed like they all looked at each other searching for someone who qualifies. Our options were limited. Bokuto was too drunk, Akaashi was taking him home, Kenma...we don't ask, Daichi and Sugawara had just left, and the two freaks Kageyama and Hinata, we don't talk about them. Everyone else lived too far away or didn't have their license except for one person. Kuroo.

K: "...I'll do it."

Oh how fun will this night be, my ex was taking my brother and i home. Since my brother is dead asleep from drinking his ass off, i would have to talk with Kuroo, by myself. I wasn't looking forward to the ride home.

I told him the keys were probably in my brothers pocket so he can take it out himself. He opened the door and placed Akiteru in the back. He also did that for the front seat next to the drivers seat, for me. Well, probably because i'm mostly blind.

"Thank you..Kuroo-san."

"It's no problem, it's my way of repaying you back i guess."

"Hmm..."

We were halfway to our destination and the silence was broken when Kuroo decided to initiate a conversation himself.

"So...how'd you become blind? You don't have to answer, i know it's none of my business."

I sighed.

"Oh, i'm sorry i know it's a sensitive topic."

I sighed again.

"Uh. Sorry, again, but just a little bit, please?"

"Okay..fine. I'll tell you."
