Brother

Alec POV

I open my eyes and i see that i was not in my room well more specifically not in my house. I looked around and something hurted really bad in my neck and I tried to reach my neck but I couldn't.

Mia, Where is she

My hands were tied to something I blinked myself again and saw that I was tied to a chair. Shit how did I end up here and I felt something crawl near my legs and saw him.

Alex.

That bastard wont be leaving here alive.

He moved back into his human form and smiled at me.

"Hey its been ages right" He asked me. 

"Fuck with the is introduction, why am I here an where is Mia" This was the only thought lingering in my mind since I woke up.

"oh well she is safe and tucked in my bed " He said and smirked at me.

"No you didn't she is mine brother" I told him.

"Well my dear brother she will no longer be yours after tonight" He told me.

He came close to my face and turned my head while I kept moving my head around " stay still can you, I am not going to hurt you"

He touched my neck and my eyes closed and I got transferred to another place.

"Papa can I come to" Alec asked.

"No you cannot, go stay in your bedroom and don't come out if anyone comes here okay" He barked at me in the same anger. Alex gave me a sad smile and mouthed me ' We will go out later' to which i smiled back.

and while I was sleeping in my room someone came inside my room and I opened my eyes and saw Alex as always. Each and every night after everyone goes to sleep Alex comes into my room with chocolates in his hands and things he brought from the places he went.

He used to tell me stories. He was the only person I could rely in the whole Palace.

My own mother and father do not need me. I was alone and was going to die when the king brought me here. I thought my father loved me but he didn't he show sympathy for his little kid who was going to dies of hunger.

He always kept me in the dark and the servants were no less they always treated me like I was a pest. The only person who cared about me was Alex.

Times changed and the king got married again as Alex's mother died. The king married a beautiful and kind woman and the most beautiful thing about her was that she treated me and Alec as her own kids.

Sometimes she treats me as her own kid and for the first time I felt like what it was to have a mother. A real one. Her name was Rosanna

"Mother who do you love more Me or Alec" Alex asked.

"I love the both of you more than my life. I love the both of you equally" She said. The king wasn't very found of his queen treating me as her own kid. He used to scold her always and they used to argue about me always.

Soon their marriage was failing because of me. Alex slowly started to hate me and blamed me for the ruining their family.

I was eighteen then and I already shifted and Alex also shifted. And that was when the fates told us that we both were mated to the same girl.

That was the beginning of many things in our life.

The Rosanna and I was banished from the kingdom. We both set out to live far away from the king and his son. Rosanna treated me like her son always and we both lived happily until one day her friends daughter was handed over to us.

We named her Aspen and things were happy for us and we were the happiest people on the earth despite the past. But Aspen was a fallen angel which brought was trouble. People who knew about fallen angels will understand her presence in a flick of a second. Fallen angels were seen as bad omens then.

We had troubles for a long time until one day a group of men came home and said they wanted her and they started to take her Rosanna took  out a knife and started to fight them and by that time she asked me to escape with Aspen.

I looked at her one last time before running away and I saw one of the men thrust a sword into her stomach and that was the last I saw of her.

Ever since that I blamed myself for Rosanna's death. I couldn't live like this. I needed to save Aspen and there was only one way I need to take powers from my mate and kill her of. I know its a cruel thing but blood is thicker for all of us right.

I opened my eyes and saw Alex.

"Run when you can Alec, I am sorry things turned out this way but Aspen she is out of control. She has been controlling me. I swear I didn't mean things to happen this way. Mia is yours to keep. I havnt laid a finger on her own my will but tonight a sacrifice will happen and Mia is going to be there. Save her before things get to late. After I walk out of the room come after me slowly I have put the invisible lotion on you for 2 hours. Mia is in second floor. Room no 2E. I am sorry brother"
