Fading in it

Alec POV

I could see Alex's body fading away, parts of his body started to turn into ashes and they were making its way into the air. I couldn't fathom the motions running around in my head. I lost someone who always wanted good for me. 

I shifted to my human form and ran towards the last parts of his ashes. I couldn't bear the feel the pain he is having. The pain of being killed in the most brutal way. 

Adam stood there, looking very angry at Aspen. " I trusted you, loved you with all my heart and you betrayed me. All you thought about was yourselves. Have you ever loved me? " Adams voice was breaking in the way. Aspen didn't look hurt. 

I used this opportunity to get close to Mia's bed and untie the ropes near her hand. I slowly removed the ones near her legs to find bloody marks on them. My blood boiled at the thought of someone hurting my mate. 

Mia couldn't get up on her own. I supported my arm under her body.

"Going somewhere" I heard Aspen's voice behind me. I turned around to see Adams body on the ground. At least he wasn't killed. Yet  

"You better move out of the way" I said 

"or not?" I heard Volsiviks voice near the door.

"You listen to me and put her down. Nice and slow and get yourselves out of here before I change my mind".

"Alec" I heard Mia's voice. It was more of a whisper asking me not to leave her there. I wasn't planning on to anyway.

I put Mia down and slipped the mate ring on to her finger and stood up. I saw Aspen coming to get her. She took her hand and dragged her down the hallway. All i could do was wait and see how the ring takes its effect.

Felicia POV

All I could feel was the throbbing pain in my head. I couldn't lift my hands to reach my head. I felt like I was being raised in the air.
I looked down to see Alec, looking helplessly at me.
He turned his eyes to the other side and looked down with hatred and I followed my gaze to where he was looking and saw Volsivik and Aspen standing together.

"Why is she floating in the air, put her down" Aspen ordered.

Alec smirked in victory and took out his sword and plunged towards volsivik.
Volsivik looked like he was prepared because he dodged it. I wanted to move my hand but i couldn't. I looked down to see a certain light floating around in the room. 

my eyes were blinded by the light that I closed them. I heard a scream of a girl  across the room and struggled to open my eyes but they remained shut. And suddenly I felt myself falling down. I couldn't open my eyes nor could I pull something.

My head hit something soft unlike the rest of my bed and I could feel a liquid flowing around. It felt peaceful suddenly. I opened my eyes and all I could see was red and red and I  was fading in it.
