Pagkagising na pagkagising ko, ang lamig ng higaan ko and it was hard, parang wala man lang na lambot. When I composed myself, got up, I realized I was on the floor. What?

I looked around Ate Bei's condo and everyone's sleeping everywhere. Madaming kalat sa sahig and there were a lot of beer bottles laying randomly everywhere.

Ang first thought ko ay kung nasaan yung phone ko, it's one of my priorities. Nakita ko nalang na malapit nang mahulog sa table, isang push nalang. I went and grabbed it, i-unlock ko yun and I saw a message from Kat then... four messages from an old friend of mine.

"Cy." Banggit ko, then biglang nagsigising na lahat sunod sunod.

"Ano? Nasaan, what?" Ponggay moved her head kung saan saan with those squinting eyes of hers. Sobrang gulo ng buhok niya tapos si Ate Mads, her face was buried in Ponggay's chest.

"Ate Pongs, you're so noisy..." Jaycel said, nakalock yung mga braso niya around Vanie's waist.

Wala si Kat and... pati na rin si Ate Bei?

"Guys, where's Ate Bei?" Tanong ko, Ponggay rubbed her eyes, "I saw her running out the condo last night, I think parang 'di siya mapakali." Ginising niya si Ate Mads para makapagayos sila.

"Wala ba siyang sinabi sa inyo or anything?" Concern na sabi ko, Ate Bei's not the type to run away when problems go wild. Headstrong siya and she's not the one who backs off.

"Deanna, ikaw kaya yung laseng, sa tingin mo maaalala mo pa nangyari? Malabo na, basta I saw her fleeing off to somewhere. We just need to know where." Ponggay said habang naglalaste ng buhok.

"May natanggap ka bang text message? What about the rest of you? Low battery phone ko." Ate Mads called out. Chineck ni Vanie and ni Jaycel yung mga phones nila but they, sadly, got nothing.

Then I remembered, "May text message sa akin si Kat." Sabi ko.

"Ayun naman pala, Boss D." Ponggay.

"Oo nga pala wala rin si Kat." Ate Mads.

Kat Tolentino:

Deanna, if you ever see this text message I want you to know that Bea and I sobered up and went to see Jhoana. I left Bea with her and got home after, hindi ko alam if she's still with her but here's the address:

I exited agad yung message after I read it, and when I was about to tell everyone, I realized na sumilip rin si Ate Mads.

"Sinong Cy? Yung boksingero? Dami mong message from him, don't tell me..." Pinangunahan ko na siya, "No, and will never happen." Sabi ko.

"Kami na bahala kay Bea, importante yan sa'yo, personally. Malay mo may kinalaman diyan si J." Kumindat pa sa akin si Ate Mads, ever-so-supportively.

"Just text me nalang kapag nahanap niyo na siya, she really loves giving each of us a heart attack." They all nodded.
