The Date pt. 2

     We sat in silence waiting for our food. We had nothing to say to each other. Kokichi was really bored. I never saw Kokichi this bored, but I barely know anything about him. I decided to say something, so we won't sit in complete silence.

"Hey Kokichi,"

"Hmmm!" He sat up quickly. He had a excited look on his face. I guess he was getting really bored.

"Kokichi why do you prank people?" I asked.

"It's fun to prank people, and won't get sooooo bored~" Kokichi had a smirk on his face, and it made me think 'Is he going to prank me or do something else to me.'

"Hey Saihara-Chan~"

"Yes Kokichi,"

"Do you love me?" Kokichi asked me.

"Um, well I-" I was Interrupted by Rantaro who was bringing our food. Thank you Rantaro! As Rantaro was passing out our food Kokichi looked at me still waiting on a answer. I didn't feel like answering so I just stayed quiet. When Rantaro left Kokichi was about to ask me again before he got interrupted by Kaede who was walking by. 'How is she even here?' I questioned myself.

"Hey Shuichi! What are you doing here with Kokichi?" I was about to answer, but Kokichi said,

"We are on a date! Right Saihara-Chan~" He smirked at me. I didn't know how to respond to that, but thankfully Kaede didn't buy it.

"So, Kokichi just dragged you here Shuichi?"

"Y-ye-yeah." I answered. Me and Kaede chatted for a while before her dad told her to sit at the table, and I was left alone with Kokichi again.

"Soooooo, do you like Kaede?" Kokichi asked me.

"No, I only think of her as a friend." I responded.

"Oh thank goodness! I thought I might have to kill someone for my Saihara-Chan~"

"W-w-WHAT!" I said without realizing I shouted.

"That's a lie! I would never do that~" We day in silence not knowing what to say next. I was really bored so I decided to start a conversation with Kokichi.

"Kokichi do you really like me?" I asked him. I couldn't think of anything else to say.

"No." Kokichi said with a straight face.

"Oh," I answered.

"I love you! Nishishi~" He said with his cut little smile. We sat there talking for a while. I had fun with Kokichi talking about our most favorite game and moments we had it was fun.

After we left the restaurant we walked through the park and talked about my uncle who burned the kitchen.

"Nishish, so he really burned the kitchen down. I wish something exciting like that happened to me~"

"You really don't want your kitchen burned down." I said to the purple Panta loving boy.

We arrived at my house, as I was about to say goodbye Kokichi ran up to me and hugged me.

"I had a fun night!" He said and kissed me in the cheek. After that he walked home. My face was red hot I didn't know how to respond to that I was completely surprised. I went inside and walked to my room. As I entered my room I flopped on my bed and laid there thinking about my 'date' with Kokichi. I think I'm growing used to Kokichi and how cute he is and his little smile.

WAIT WHAT! Do I like Kokichi!?!? That can't be right, can it. I really thought I didn't but as more I thought of it. I did fall in love with him, but why? I hope I can answer that question soon when see him again.
