Down into the sky!?

I never knew I could scream so hard.

Henry turned around to look at me just as the ship entered the whirlpool.The force of the whirlpool was so massive the ship spun around like water going down a drain.I was thrown out of the ship into the whirlpool walls...Damn the inertia..Fear gripped me....and Henry's face was pure horror...

Why were they still on the ship??......

The green glowing alien water was drowning the last of my senses..I was being sucked into the whirlpool...I was going to die......I thought...will they even find my body.......The ship had disappeared.....

Everything was dark around.......

Moments of my life danced around.......

"Sandra....Sandra honey"

I woke up at the sound of a familiar voice

"Aunt Helga????...Am I dead??"

"No dear not yet apparently.. "

I sat up on my bed.I was in our house.

"Why do you look so young..do they have plastic surgeons in the afterlife"

Aunt Helga chuckled...It's always been like this..aunt Helga and me...She' d been my friend,my parent and my inspiration.I never knew my parents ,they died in a car crash when I was a babe.She was never married.We only had each other.

She would have been the age of my grandmother the day I was born .If I had a grandmother.Aunt Helga was an irreplaceable part of my life and She died the day I finished my graduation leaving only emptiness and a heart ache.....seeing her again made me happy.....

"Jokes apart"She said"Sandra you have to stay alive"

"Why....what do you mean...how can I I'm drowning in the pacific"

"You can honey......just hold on...and stay...."

The image of my aunt started blurring...

"Aunt Helga.."I reached out to her but my hand passed right through

"....stay away from him....."

"Who....aunty Helga!!!"

And it was dark again.....I could feel the pull of the whirlpool....I opened my eyes ....I could see light at the centre of the whirlpool......

Well this may be it....approaching death.....everything was light ...this is the end............

The wind was brushing past me.....it was like I was letting it all go......like I was falling.

FALLING!!!!???

I forced my eyes open....I was falling at a tremendous speed....I was falling out of the sky .But how?!.

There was a huge forest below me.

It was so fast.There was no Way I was gonna make it.......

I closed my eyes waiting for the moment of impact.But it never came..

"Twuunkkk" came a sound...My shirt was stuck to the branch of a tree and I was dangling just a foot above the ground.

What luck!!!!

Suddenly it shook...

I fell and hit my head on a stone.

and darkness followed.
