She Likes Me

-Daveed's POV-

As I walk to the guest room bathroom, what Theo said truly hits me. She likes me. SHE LIKES ME!!

I hop in the shower and quickly wash my body and hair and then hop out and get dressed. I make my way back out into the living room, smiling.

"Do you wanna just watch a movie in my room? I know it's like 4pm, but I'm tired and I know you're tired and I'd rather sleep in my bed than on the couch." Theo asks me and I nod.

"Yeah, that's fine." I tell her as we both head to her room, the dogs following behind us.

We both sit on her bed and she puts on a random movie. We watch for about 30 minutes before she sighs.

"I'm definitely not going to be able to fall asleep. I took a nap and it's too early for bed." She says, turning her head to look at me.

"Well, what do you wanna do?" I ask her and she shrugs.

"We can ask Anthony if he wants to come over. We can have pizza and wine or something and just chill." Theo suggests and I nod.

"We can do that." I agree as she pulls out her phone.

She starts texting Anthony, I'm assuming and sets her phone back down on her lap. It buzzes not even five minutes later and she picks it up and looks at it.

"He said he's down. He's bringing his girlfriend. They'll be here in like 20 minutes." Theo says and I laugh.

"You get to meet Jasmine. She plays Peggy Schulyer and Maria Reynolds in the show." I tell her.

"That's weird. Imagine playing your sisters husbands mistress." She laughs, getting up and walking into the kitchen.

I get up and follow her and watch her open a cabinet. I notice that the wine glasses are on the third shelf and make my way over to grab them before she can climb onto the counter.

I stand behind her as I pull four wine glasses out and laugh as she turns to face me.

"You know, I could've gotten those." She says, crossing her arms.

I set the glasses down and then pull her into a hug. "I know you could have, but I don't want you to fall and hurt yourself." I say as I rest my chin on top of hers.

I feel her arms wrap around my torso and I smile. We stand like that for a few minutes before Theo pulls away and starts pulling things out around the kitchen. She pulls out two bottles of red wine, a bottle of rum, a glass pitcher, some fruits, and sparkling soda, and sugar and some spoons.

"Theo, what are you doing?" I ask her and she looks at me before going and grabbing a knife then setting it back down.

"I don't know, probably too much." She says as she starts putting the fruits, the pitcher, the sparkling water, the sugar, extra bottle of wine and bottle of rum away.

Once she finishes putting things away there's a knock on the door and I go to answer it.

"Hey Ant, Hey Jazzy." I say, letting them both in.

"Hi Anthony!" Theo calls from the kitchen before walking into the living room.

"Hi, you must be Jasmine." Theo says, shaking Jasmine's hand.

"Yeah, nice to meet you." Jazzy smiles.

"There's red wine and beers in the kitchen and the pizza is on its way." I tell them.

"Make yourselves at home." Theo says, smiling before walking back towards the kitchen to order pizzas, I'm assuming.

"So, what happened?" Anthony asks me and I'm immediately confused.

"What do you mean?" I ask him.

"Theo called me and said that Leslie told her that you like her and that she likes you, so I told her to tell you. What happened?" He asks again, clarifying what he meant.

"Oh, nothing really happened. Not yet." I tell him honestly.
