"Shy! Stop acting like a virgin will you? Come on! Let's get hype tonight!" I shook my head when I heard Leyy's bratty voice again. She's been trying to make me join them later in their night out.

"What?! Are you still grieving about your ex? It's been months Shy! Get a life!" She marched her feet like a brat that she is always. "Jing! Kausapin mo yang kaibigan mo!" She told Radji irritated. The latter just rolled his eyes at her.

Truth enough, it's been three months since Gabriel and I broke up. Or should I say.. Archangel Miguel.

"Bitch sasama yan mamaya." He said lacking conviction. I just watched Leyy as she go gaga over what dress she is going to wear later.

"Shy, you don't really want to join us later? Reign is going because Christam allowed her to. Don't you wanna try something different this time? You always isolate yourself for the past months, we are worried.." my pal Arghey said. I avoided my gaze from her, she's just to honest for me.

I shook my head, still not interested. I took the comforter and covered my whole body. They just stared at me with pitty in their eyes.

"As much as I want to hang out with you guys, we all know that all I would do later if ever I come is to pretend that I am well.." I told them truthfully. I wiped the rebel tears who escaped from my tired eyes.

I know, my heart is coated by bitterness and pain right now.

"You've been AWOL for the past three months Shy, we are all aware that you are hurt and still hurting, but put this shit in your head okay? You don't have to be a mess and broken like this forever." I heard Leyy said before she stormed out from my room. Magkasabay ding umalis sa kuwarto ko sina Radji at Arghey.

I hate to admit it but what my best friend told me hit my wounded heart so bad. But what can I do? I was deceived, all along those happy memories I cherished are only part of my delusional fantasies.

Three months ago, I discovered that the man I loved for two long years was an imposter.

"Shyrelle! I knew it was you! How are you hija?"

I looked at my right side and saw Gabriel's uncle Pilot Emilio Miguel together with his lovely wife auntie Elizabeth Stewart Miguel.

I smiled at the old couple and kissed them on the cheek as a respect.

"I am good auntie, how about you? You look gorgeous as always while you look dashing tonight Pilot.." I replied, the old man barked a laughter while his wife beamed a smile.

"Thank you, thank you hija. You look genuinely happy! Seems like our boy is treating you right!" I laughed with what aunt Elizabeth stated.

"Thank you auntie, Gabby is just too good to be true. He is so caring as always.." I smiled truthfully, proud with how happy I am with my boyfriend.

"Blooming siya hindi ba honey? That's how a Miguel love, we love hard. Kailan ba ang kasal?" May pang aalaska sa tinig na sabi ni uncle Emilio.

I can feel my cheeks burning. Every time Gabby and I visit their family or even attend a family gathering, his uncles and aunties always bring up the wedding topic. They even agreed for us to have a baby first before wedding!
