Colby's POV
Tuesday
(Offensive language)

I've never slept so good, today was going to be a good day. Ya know, it was the complete opposite, I woke up with a massive headache, probably from me crying nonstop. I couldn't sleep last night and I had been dreading this day since forever.

Sam had been sitting on our bed and crying the whole night, I tried to comfort him but I was also sobbing so my words didn't come out clearly.

We had told our parents that we were here. They told us to meet them at around 12 pm, which was 4 hours from now. The voices hadn't come back since yesterday, but I have a feeling that they would come back today.

"Let's go downstairs to the breakfast bar," I said standing up from the bed.  The last thing I wanted to do was sit in bed and drown in my thoughts.

"Okay, can I get dressed first." I nodded and sat back down on the bed.

I don't know what Sam and I are. I'm hoping that when this thing is over, I can take Sam on a date. I'm not the romantic type, but I will do anything for Sam. If I didn't do this prank, we would have never been in this situation. But then I wouldn't be thinking of taking Sam on a date or I wouldn't have found out who I truly am.

Sam finished getting dressed and we went downstairs for food. The food here wasn't that bad, better than most cheap hotel's food. We finished eating and had a little time to kill. We went back upstairs and watched some YouTube.

When it was 11:30, we got up and got ready to meet the devils, I mean our parents, sometimes I get them mixed up.

Let me give you a little back story to my parents. My father is tall, short brown hair, blue eyes, highly religious and would beat me, for any wrong thing I did. My mother medium hight, brown hair, blue eyes, bad temper and highly religious. They can be the sweetest people you ever meet in public, but behind closed doors, they are the worst, most disgusting people you will ever meet. I would say more but we would be here for days.

"Are you ready for this, cause I'm not," I said giving Sam a hug.

"I'm not either, I hope they don't cause permanent damage." Did I forget to mention that both our parents will grab whatever they have near them and throw it at us? I have scars from when my mother threw a vase at me, I was 12 when it happened.

"Let's get this over with." We went out to the parking lot and got into the rental car. I would drive Sam to his parent's house than I would drive to my parent's house. The drive to Sam's house was silent and slow, it felt like time wasn't moving.

We arrived at Sam's house.

"Good luck," I said unlocking the door.

"Good luck to you too." Sam was turning around to open the door. Before he could, I grabbed his arm and smashed my lips against his.

Every time I kiss Sam I feel like fireworks go off, we kissed for a little longer before we had to separate. Sadly.
He opened the door still looking flustered and waved goodbye. I started the car and drove to my death.

Sam's POV

Every time I kissed Colby, my whole world stopped, nothing mattered except him and I. I waved goodbye and watched him drive away. Every step closer to the front door felt like moving closer to death.

Let me tell you something about my parents. My father, above average height, skinny, dirty blonde hair, blue eyes, worst temper in the world, and very religious. My mother, slightly above average height, blonde, skinny, blue eyes, disrespectful, and also very religious. Out of all three of their kids, I'm the only one who got beat and verbally abused. Colby's parents and mine were perfect for each other, like a match made in hell.
