Requested by Twindrill! They didn't really have any specific thing they wanted me to do other than Wally so I tried something different! I've never done a gender neutral reader before so here's my first attempt!
✨STORYTIME✨
(Third person P.O.V.)
(Y/n) flops backwards onto their boyfriend's bed laughing.
" I do to have a mean face!" Wally argues.
"Wally, Sweetie, you really don't."
"Yes I do! See?" Wally tries to persuade, making his 'mean face' that is really just an adorable pout. (Y/n) giggles at how cute it is.
"What's so funny?"
Deciding to spare their boyfriend's feelings for now, (Y/n) answers with, "Nothing, Love, nothing at all". They then kiss the true pout off Wally's face.

(Y/n) and Wally are on a double date with May and Drew for the day. (Y/n) and May have spent most of their time planning to go to (favorite band)'s concert when they come to the Hoenn region while Drew and Wally have been talking about relationships. Eventually May and (Y/n) get tired of just walking around and talking.
"Hey Grassheads! Who wants ice cream before we head home?" May asks.
Immediately, Wally's hand shoots up and he shouts, "I do! I do!" The other three laugh at his childishness. As they're walking Drew asks Wally another question.
"Wally, waffles or pancakes?"
"I like Pancakes best! (Y/n) makes the best pancakes!" The younger boy exclaims. Drew smiles at his enthusiasm but responds with, "That's not what I meant".
"If you didn't mean food, then what do you mean?" Wally asks cluelessly.
(Y/n), hearing their conversation, falls back from walking in front of them with May to walk beside their boyfriend. They connect theirs and Wally's hands in a way that their fingers intertwine. "He means holding hands. Do you hold hands like this? Waffles," they explain, holding their hands up to show their boyfriend. (Y/n) then moves their hands so their fingers aren't intertwined and their palms touch. "Or like this? Pancakes." They then look up to see a very pink Wally.
"O-oh. Uh, Waffles. Y-you?" Wally asks turning to Drew. Drew looks down at where he and May are connected and smiles. He squeezes May's hand as he answers, "Waffles."
