[N's P.O.V.]

I was walking around Unova going nowhere in particular when my girlfriend Y/n texted me. I had asked her to be my girlfriend a week ago but we hadn't gone out on a date yet because, one, I had no clue what a date was and, two, Y/n had been busy training her Pokemon. I looked at my phone.

Y/n: Hey N! Sorry I've been so busy

Me: It's alright. I understand

Y/n: I'm so lucky to have someone like you as my boyfriend! Ilysm

Me: What in the world does Ilysm mean???

Y/n: I love you so much

Me: I love you too, but what does it mean?

Y/n: *facepalms* N... That is what Ilysm means...

Me: Oh...

Y/n: Anyway... Wanna go on a date tonight?

Me: Sure! Where?

Y/n: Idk... Ferris Wheel?

Me: What does that mean?

Y/n: Idk? I don't know

Me: Oh, maybe Cheren will know

Y/n: *facepalms harder* IT MEANS I DON'T KNOW N! Teaching you to text is harder than teaching an 80 year old to text.... I swear

Me: Sorry... You don't swear though

Y/n: Natural Harmonia, It's an expression!

Me: Do you have to use my full name?

Y/n: I happen to like your full name! See you tonight!

Me: See you tonight!

As I looked up from my phone I realized I was in front of the school. I also realized I forgot to ask y/n what a date was. "Might as well ask Cheren while I'm here," I shrugged. I walked into the school saying "Cheren I need you answer a question for me!" Cheren, who had been leaned back in his chair reading a book, bolted upright. "Arceus, Harmonia! You scared me," he stated leaning back again and re-opening his book. " Sorry. Cheren, what's a date?" I question. He sighs, "You ask her out and don't even know what a date is. A date is an occasion where a couple spends time together, just the two of them." "Oh, so like when friends 'hang out' but for a couple?" I ask to be sure I have it right. "Yes now get out before I have Serperior ring your neck," he says coldly. His Serperior who I didn't notice was there hissed, 'I don't like you either, so don't think I'd hesitate.' "Alright, I'm going" I say walking out quickly.

[Timeskip to that night. Your P.O.V.]

N was acting normal until we got on the Ferris Wheel. Then he started to act a little nervous. I was puzzled as to why he wasn't talking when we were almost at the top. "N, are you ok?" I asked. "Y-yeah. What makes you ask that?" he replied. "It's just that about now you would say something about the sky or tell me a story. Tonight you've been really quiet," I comment, concerned. "It's just, I've never been on a date before," N confessed quietly. "You know what that means, N?" I ask him ready to answer for him. "No. What does that mean?" he questions tilting his head slightly. "I was your first."

I know this is bad, so sorry. I may not get to post for a little while after Thanksgiving. I;m going on a short vacation and I'm not planning on taking my netbook. What are your Thanksgiving plans?
